Hyatt Place London City East

Great place to stay couple of night. For Familly of 5 with a baby it was more than ok, beds are really big. Breakfast was consistent and we're been well received by KEERTHI ! Big thanks to her.

The location was good, had many ways of getting in and around the city.

The restaurant. Quite small considering how many guests they have.

Staff were very welcoming, Anna greeted us with a smile and was very professional in her customer service, upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary drink as it was our anniversary. Lovely hotel, clean and spacious

Easy to check in, location very close to train station, staff very helpful, room service to room from the Italian restaurant is a must, great size room and comfortable bed!

Easy to commute to and from all the places we wanted to visit in London, lovely big room and bathroom offered huge shower and all the amenities provided were great. Staff went above and beyond to help us with all our needs and comforts.

Location was 50/50 .. not the greatest but the local shops were very convenient

Central location with two metro stations nearby.Clean and spacious room.Nice view on the city. Neighborhood is quite cosmopolitan - walking distance to Spitalfields market and Tower Bridge is reasonable.St-Pancras international Station is 20min distance by metro.

Nothing.If you are willing to do more touristic area you might be a bit far but on my end as I was not there for this purpose, it was perfect location and accommodation.

Absolutely nothing

Very modern, clean & we loved the roof top bar, our room was at the back of the hotel we didn’t hear any outside noise

the staff was really accommodating, I did get an upgrade for 20£ to a similar room on one of the other the higher levels with a great view. I didn’t get breakfast. it was a nice and comfy stay.

Breakfast is great. The only difference from last year was last year a lady introduced me to all the food even it's a buffet and this year the gentleman just checked my room number. I wish you continue with the tradition, it's a huge sense of welcoming. thank you
