Room too small

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the guest rooms are very clean, new, and comfortable and the beds were also very comfortable. Great location near good restaurants and pubs and only 7 min walk from the park.

Very clean hotel. We loved the location. Two blocks to the tube.

The room was very small. We were a breakfast next door at a restaurant. These people were not associated with the hotel. The food was good but they were so disorganised that it became frustrating to deal with their staff. They would stand around a lot

Location to Paddington Station

Extremely small and worn out room.

Very updated room and bath. Bed was comfortable. Likes the terry bathrobes and think towels. Liked the free soda and water and WiFi.

Love how modern it was.

The room was a bit too small. I think you can re arrange the furniture to make more space.

Best location, amazing staff, I got a local cell phone to use for free which helped with not getting lost. The bed was super comfortable, had a nice nespresso, the newspaper, in the am, a restaurant downstairs

My only complaint was room size, it was tiny but it is London after all

Room too small, elevator out of order and heated towel rack out of order and we had issues with the electrical outlets not charging devices even with adaptors. Staff entered the room frequently and turned off electricity

They move us to a flat besides the hotel so didnt actually stay in the hotel due to apparent maintenance issues which they could’ve told me before.

Accessible from Elizabeth Line at Paddington Station.Good sized room (- paid for larger twin) with plenty of seating options. Whole hotel very clean. All staff helpful and friendly. Was given prosecco and chocolates as it was my 60th birthday - a lovely touch. Nice, partial view of Norfolk Gardens. Good sound insulation of windows (onto street) and room generally. Quiet corridor. Lovely dining in Bella Italia downstairs. Delicious breakfasts and evening meals. Very good service. Really appreciated fridge in room and free soft drinks left there for us. Was able to warm room beautifully in February - which matters a great deal to me.Really appreciated the opportunity to.separate recycling from our ordinary rubbish in the room.

Lift door 'reluctant' to close - really could do with an upgrade. Poor water pressure in basin tap and took quite a time to heat basin water up. In restaurant the toast and pizza base are made from sourbread. Whilst really tasty please be aware it can be very hard and I unfortunately managed to scratch my throat. Just ensure you chew adequately! It's a shame I had to ask for a second cup of coffee at breakfast. That said I couldn't fault the restaurant or its food in any other way. Cooked breakfast was hot and delicious, and the pastries very fresh.

The team work in delivering a seamless personal service from Gabriel and Dip . Location to the underground, easy walk to Hyde park , super comfortable , clean and quiet room , good breakfast and dinner. What more can we say except that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Not much negatives except to highlight the general problem which exists in many cities like London on the hard water. Perhaps the hotel can assess the feasibility of a installing water filters so we can enjoy scum less cups of tea

Location is perfect, just near Paddington station and Hyde Park

The room is extremely tiny, and the bed is a joke. Supposed to be a double bed but it is a double mattress on an undersized frame, so the mattress hangs over the edge. Very expensive for such a tiny space with no view and a poor bed.

We loved the location, just a block from Paddington Station, which made transportation around the city and to the airport so easy. The Heathrow Express took us to the airport in the morning in 20 minutes! (The block also offered several restaurant selections. We heartily recommend the Lebanese restaurant across the street and down a half-block.) Our guest room was small, but clean, comfortable, and quiet -- which are our most important requirements. The breakfast was lavish! We not only were allowed to pick a meal from several off the menu, but also had an abundance of choices on a buffet. At the front desk, Foz was especially helpful with advice on navigating the city and getting us to the theater on the last night of our vacation. Much appreciated!
