Native Hyde Park

The room was extremely clean and very close to both Hyde Park and Paddington station. There were many places to eat. Also the man at the front desk the night we checked in was very nice and helpful.

The rooms were small but it was what we needed.The woman working at the front desk the morning we checked out was not pleasant but overall it was a great place to stay.

The location was amazing. walking access to the tube, rail, park and shopping. The garden and historic decor was endearing.

The apartment was well used and a little worn out. There were some stains on the carpet and couch. Overall it didn't detract from our stay and didn't make us enjoy our stay any less.

Compact, but modern and efficient unit, with all features in working order

Roomy and well apportioned.

Floors were creaky. Really creaky. The floor above disturbed me and I'm sure I disturbed the floor below.

The people were FABULOUS!!! Just the very nicest. The place was immaculate, beyond clean! Great view, just amazing experience. I am SO VERY GLAD I stayed there! It was the top hotel on my trip!

Location it's great. You find everything you need in the apartment. Very nice price.

The location was perfect for us. Close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

The only thing we did not care for was the sound of those above us. Must have been children running around. But even then, the soundproofing was very good.

The location and staff are amazing

The bed and that there is no ramp to enter the building I had a baby stroller and every time I leave or enter the building I had to carry the stroller and walk up the stairs

It was a wonderful time the location was perfect close to the Hyde Park and pedington station the rooms were clean and spacious staff were helpful overall we enjoyed the stay

Just a very small thingThe shower glass in the bathroom tub Not fixed and it's Moving and I thought it's was a little uncomfortable sometimes when you shower you accidentally hit it and the water gets everywhere on the bathroom floor

Free upgrade and great 1bed apartment - next to shops and food shops and Paddington station plus small walk to Hyde park

Not terribly clean and odd check-in policy requiring you to do so online even while standing in the lobby.

Love it! Very near the center and well connected, completed with ref, coffee and teas, some milk! The staffs are nice but it’s too bad there is no housekeeping everyday.
