- Location and style!
- Location is perfect
- Location was ideal as we went to The Duke of York’s Theatre. Room was spacious and well equipped. Love that there is a light inside the wardrobe. Bathroom excellent quality. Bed comfy. Choice of good quality teas, coffee and snacks.
Cons -
- The WiFi was very very bad. Made planning from the hotel difficult.
- We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel because the menu was too egg based and vegetarian choices limited. We ate next door in Pret which suited our tastes much better. Felt we’d made the right decision as there was an overpowering eggy smell on arriving back at hotel. That was the only negative for us though.
- The room was small. The bathroom was small. The closet light kept coming on even when the doors were closed. We had maintenance come up and they were dismissive when it turned off when they fiddled with it. But of course it came on again. We resorted to tape and other means to keep the light off.

Great location, quiet clean room, friendly team.
Our main expectation of quiet was met.

Me and my family came for my sisters 50th birthday and had an excellent time here .The room and location was amazing . Staff all helpful and polite . We will definitely be returning .
Convenient location, comfortable beds, blackout blinds, soft pillows, warm room, but most importantly the ability to open a window....
Unfortunately there was a very bad smell in the lift and in the hallways. I suspect a dead rat smell or sewage issues. But definitely cannot be smelt in the rooms or in the lobby.
Clean, extremely quiet considering where it is and excellent position for theatre and art galleries. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing. All perfect.

The price a bit high
The staff were exceptional, they made our valentines weekend incredibly special. They handled delivery of flowers and balloon to our room, upgraded us free of charge, and handled everything aspect of our stay with great care. Every staff member we encountered was truly excellent, and we can’t thank them enough! The location is great, being in the middle of everything. The room was great and had everything we needed.
The room was clean and location was perfect
There was a really bad smell in the lifts and on 1st floor
The location was outstanding. We were in town to see The Mousetrap, and having the hotel, restaurant, and theatre all a short walk from each other was great.
Very well situated in a prime part of central London with excellent transport both bus and underground and adjacent to some famous London landmarks. The room was excellent and staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. A very nice coffee shop in the reception area. Couldn’t be better.
My 7 days was to attend Shows in the West End. Page8 was the PERFECT location to get to and from every theatre I had booked in advance. Another bonus or highlight was the excellent coffee shop in the foyer - it was EXCELLENT COFFEE and a good place to catch up with my travel partner when we returned from being “out” or before we headed out. Also - being opposite the National Gallery and Portrait Gallery allowed us to visit a couple of times - just because it was so accessible. We walked EVERYWHERE cos the weather was good and could leap into a cab or onto a bus or underground when we had a couple of longer trips to do during the day.
Easy access
No heater, but ok not cold
Location, nice rooms, clean, air condition and WiFi excellent
The main problem is the luck of breakfast options. Limited space, limited selection of mediocre quality, had to pay beforehand. It s very important to start the day with a positive attitude and the breakfast facilities in the small lobby don’t help a tall.
The hotel is a new building and a great location (close to everything, but doesn’t feel too crowded or touristy), the room was large enough to accommodate three adults with three large luggage and didn’t feel crowded at all. The facilities were clean and the staff were super nice.
Top location, size of room
No plug points infront of mirrors for drying hair and doing makeup. Strong unpleasant smell in lifts and corridors
Location is perfect. Lovely room with a great street view and helpful staff
The location was fantastic, we had a view of Trafalgar Square out of our window. The beds were very comfortable and there were complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. The coffee shop downstairs sold the most amazing pastries.
The toilet intermittently really loudly filled with water all through the night and although there were fantastic blackout blinds at the windows there were a lot of lights in the room which you would need to cover if it is something that affects your sleep.
