- Had no breakfast The location is excellentThe resident room is excellentThe staff were amaxing
- Very kind Staff, comfortable room, delicious breakfasts. Music in the evening. Great location.
Cons -
- The rooms are quite small and narrow and not much wardrobe space
- There is a lot of noise at night in the room coming from the surrounding area. What disappointed us most was that, as hotel guests, we were unable to enjoy a drink anywhere in the hotel in the evening. The rooftop bar, the champagne bar, and even The Residence were all fully booked. As paying guests, we find it unacceptable that we had to leave the hotel to have a drink, while non-guests were apparently able to secure a spot in one of the bars. We specifically chose this hotel because we love rooftop bars, yet we never even had the opportunity to experience it.
- A little bit noisy through the vents in our room at night time but nothing too loud were able to sleep fine

Very beautiful hotel with extremely friendly service and staff. The breakfast is very delicious and extensive.

It was beautiful, everything was perfect -Bars, restaurants, facilities, location!
The service / staff sets it apart - rooms were beautiful, great location.

Overall very happy apart from...
We found the breakfast and breakfast service disappointing. Fruit salad wasn’t ripe and smoked salmon was dry and cold .
The hotel is ultra chic with excellent services and staff.
The pool could be a little warmer as it felt quite difficult to swim in and given how busy it was, there was nobody in the pool.
The position of the Hotel was ideal, and the staff was also very welcoming and professional!
We had left in the room a Jacket (on purpose for the cleaning staff because we didn't have enough room to our luggage), but by mistake we left my reading glasses. The next day from our departure i called the front desk if the cleaning department had found my reading glasses in the room, and they told me that they hadn't found anything.... They should have been more careful.....
Brilliant location. Guest spaces and facilities are fabulous.
Rooms are well appointed but pretty small.
The hotel is stunning, new, highly finished with impeccable design and materials, as my room was, really big , very comfortable sofas and coffee & tea area. I appreciated also hair dryer Dyson !Room service is fast and really good quality The SPA facilities with cabanas are clean, new, and you can really rest and recharge also thanks to impeccable staff I also appreciated the first floor residence area where you can work, in total privacy whilst ordering drinks and food , with free coffee water and other amenities Every staff person I met was smiling , professional and discrete always focused on your stay ! Can’t wait to go back
My room, with a huge living room, felt a bit cold and I enquired and was told to use A/C maxed at 24 but since it was cold air I turned it off I would suggest provide more instructions in the bathroom (eg what is available for the bath room beyond what’s already there) maybe adding a stool as it’s a huge bathroom Whilst breakfast is good quality, the area is tiny with tables very close to each other with no privacy and I found the buffet extremely small and with limited choice for a 5 star (yes you can order eggs etc but that’s standard ) I would have appreciated more choice when it comes to yogurt variety and % fat, overnight oats maybe , and more desserts beyond usual croissants . The staff though was amazing, always ready, and prompt to accommodate any request
A great property with beautiful facilities in the heart of London.
We made them aware of a special occasion we were celebrating and not one member of staff acknowledged it until it was prompted. Upon booking I had been in continuous communication with staff and felt let down from the lack of attention to the smaller details.
Fabulous location, beautiful hotel, comfy bed and great breakfast. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant.
I didn’t like our room, overlooked multi storey car park, no windows/v dark bathroom and v noisy air con but I would stay again in a different room.
Was very good
The cleaner must be treated again to be applied on the rooms , the toilet lenses are very dirty and smells pie
Stylish, modern & clean. Excellent location for us.
Great hotel. Relaxing vibes but step out the door and you’re in the thick of it. Perfect for the theatre district and restaurants.
Drinks were very expensive.
Great choice of food, excellent staff, even remembered your previous mornings breakfast.
The price of the breakfast was a little high, 3x4 at £29 each. The Ivy etc has as good choice for a lot less, so next time l would not book the breakfasts.
Location
The hotel staff and concierge, in collusion with the hotel transfer driver, misled us and attempted to charge us for the transfer several times. Ultimately, we had to email the hotel management, but only after several days of wasted nerves, calls to the hotel administration, and wasted time did we get our money back!
Central location and facilities. Credit offer. Lovely decoration and staff very friendly. Food and drinks really nice, good options. Best hotel spa and pool area I’ve seen in London. Lovely little touches like free drinks and chocolates to the room. Felt well looked after.
Residents bar busy at times and staff and facilities over whelmed. Room Credit reset daily so you couldn’t carry over if not spent. Service charge and room charge both put on room service seemed odd. Upgraded as per offer but not given room with a view as expected. King rooms a little cramped for price.
