- The room was way smaller than anticipated. There was mold on the bath walls they just needed wiped down no fan so I guess that is common. The breakfast is just some cold cuts and cereal. For the price it wasnt horrible but for a little more.
- Excellent location, clean rooms, kind staff
Cons -
- Worst alleged 3 star hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was bad. Mattress was bad. my back still aches from sleeping in it. Room extremely noisy, could not sleep. Water leaking in bathroom. no way it is a 3 star hotel. 1 star at most.
- Breakfast was worth it
- Nothing really, it’s a bit outdated and tired. As it was somewhere to just sleep, it suited me fine

Excellent location, clean rooms, kind staff
The location was spot on for what I needed, less than a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross / St Pancras. The staff were all friendly and helpful.Bed was comfortable

Excellent location. Very clean. Large enough room. Very hot water for powerful shower. Warm room with decent radiator i could control.
Coukdn't get bedside lamp to work, only had 2 plugs. Only 1 electric socket near table, so had to unplug tv if wanted to charge my phone., and even then socket was only about 2 feet below ceiling, no close enough for table.Had to move bed slightly forward to charge mobile while sleeping, as sockets were actually behind the bed. Was downstairs so window view was a brick wall, not that i was bothered about that.
Friendly staff. Very close to King's Cross. Quiet room. Good value for money.
Room was a bit cold.
Good location. Friendly staff.
Uncomfortable. Mattress was sagging, small room, floor boards uneven and separating from each other, bathroom was a cupboard. Could hear the neighbours to the side and the family above. Too many stairs covered in a carpet that needs some deep cleaning.
Location was great.
Shower lacked pressure and hot water. Lots of small stairs which made it difficult transporting luggage to and from rhe room.
Location was very central
The room was tiny, the bed was tiny and very old, uncomfortable. The bedding was just a sheet and very old blanket
Amazing location right across from St. Pancrass Kings Cross, 15 min walk from Euston, 20 min from Camden town
Everything is a bit dated, TV barely hanging on wall, very few channels, squeaky old bed, the single room is SMALL with a SUPER small bathroom
The hotel was quiet, warm and well situated.
Being required to give in my door key when leaving the premises and being given this back when I returned (a first for me...).
The room is good if you've got an early Eurostar to catch (like we did). There were 3 of us in the room (sharing a double and a single bed) and the room was a tight fit considering we all had large suitcases. The bathroom is small so there is limited moving space but the shower water was hot, the room was clean and comfy and it did the job for the one night we were there. The guy on reception was lovely and very helpful.
The walls are a bit thin so we heard other residents walking around late, but we slept alright. And the wardrobe in our room looked like it was ready to fall, not very sturdy.
The location is super close to kings cross station without feeling like its right in the middle of the business and the noise. Its an easy walk to the station which gives you access to all the train lines there in London for easy transportation. It is located on a quiet street with a park just across which makes it feel quiet and relaxing. The property itself was very affordable for a family of 6! Breakfast was an additional charge of $5 per day per person which we paid. It was simple but very filling and worth the convenience. The staff was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and was always on hand if something was needed. We would stay here again for our next trip to London.
There was free wifi, but was very hit or miss in our basement room. It is also an older hotel, so I would say if you are looking for someplace that is more handicap accessible this would not work due to the narrowness and amt of stairs. It is no problem for someone abled bodied.
Close to tube station
Room was tiny, hot, and smelled bad. Was charged extra for a “misconduct” that wasn’t even my fault
The location is so close to the King’s Cross station, tolarable only for 1 night
The single room tinier than I expect, cold and humid. Heating turns on couple hours at nights and so low degree. Hot water pressure was insufficent at 2. floor and above when others use at thw same time. Also there is no any visible plug to charge your phones, u should move the bed or desk

Reception Mr. Naggy very genuine person and helping nature . This location is very at center , close proximity from many restaurant , International train station , Metro and bus stops . Value for money
All is good and value for money
location
price of a very small ugly room
Location is good for central london, mail rail stations are walking distance.
The person at the reception was cold and unfriendly. He made no effort to make guests feel welcome or warm. The rooms are small, but okay. The quality of linen/towels can be improved - it's all quite old and wearing off at the moment (e.g. bed covers), towels with patches. The shower had hot water but was rather temperamental and would only have good force if held in hand. There was no hairdryer in the room so had to go and ask for it at the reception.
Location is excellent. If you stay for 1-2 nights, it is doable.
Small and noisy, it could be cleaner too.
