    Pros +

    • Excellent staff; lovely decor.
    • The design, the cleanliness, staff was very helpful and kind. Also the breakfast options although specific, covered our needs to the fullest.
    • Room was very clean and comfortable, shower was really nice. Location is perfect, a short walk from Paddington station, which gets you absolutely anywhere you need to go. Food in the hotel restaurant is fantastic - ended up eating there almost every night.

    Cons -

    • No!
    • Room is a little small - not much room for luggage (but has a big drawers chest. I unpacked my things on the first day and it was fine) - the room felt just fine since I traveled solo but for 2 people it can get crammed.
    • While the hotel was beautiful, well presented and very clean, it didn’t quite feel like a five-star experience to me. I may have been expecting a little more in terms of luxury. Breakfast was lovely, but it felt limited only vegetarian options were included, with anything else (including drinks) at an extra cost. As I don’t drink tea or coffee, having to pay extra for a hot chocolate didn’t feel very inclusive. That said, we did have a lovely stay overall. The hotel also advertised that guests could choose their own aromatherapy scent for the room, but when we arrived the staff didn’t seem to know what I was referring to, which was a little disappointing as it was something I was really looking forward to.

    Location

Food service. Choice of wine and food on Thursday unavailable.Despite being told breakfast on Saturday was 8:30 it appears they started earlier so we could have had a more relaxed breakfast.

It was a nice, small hotel in London, located in a very good area in Pundington. The hotel places special emphasis on environmental awareness, which was clearly reflected in its overall philosophy. The breakfast was exactly what one needs to start the day: healthy, simple, and well-balanced.The room was quite small, but the space was cleverly designed and very functional. However, more attention could be given to cleanliness, and some small details were missing, such as slippers in the room.Overall, it was a fairly good hotel in an excellent location, ideal for travelers looking for a practical and environmentally conscious stay in London.

Stylish modern hotel, with an emphasis on wellness. The staff were all charming and helpful. The room was a decent size for London and the furniture and fittings were modern and solid.

I loved how clean everything was, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I had such great conversations with them, and they were always willing to help and assist at any time, which made the experience even better.

I didn’t like that it didn’t have laundry

Location is Amazing, right in the center of London. Staff is excellent. I’d like to shine the light on Rehana at the front desk. Extremely Helpful.

Almost everything - reasonable for London in terms of cleanliness

TV didn't work and they said they would fix that day and did not - poorThey took a few to the card and refused to give me written confirmation of what the charge was for and under what terms they would take it out of my account - poor.

    Very unpleasant vibe going on....

A lot of fuzz checking in. Then you have to sign on their Ipad. No time to really read what you are signing. When checking out, they refused to give me an invoice. I thought that was very odd. When home, I discovered that they took almost 300 pounds from my account. I tried to reach them about this. They never responded to my emails. They never picked up the phone. It took weeks before they refunded the money.

    very disappointing experience

The room was much smaller than what was shown in the photos, which I find misleading. The spa facilities, which were supposed to be a major advantage of the hotel, were not operating at all. Worst of all, money was taken from our wallet inside the room, which is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. And this unfortunately has happened again 4 months before to an other guest. We show that unfortunately now that we were going to write the review and not before otherwise we will never have chosen this hotel. Overall, our experience was very bad, and we will definitely not choose this hotel again. Be very careful!!

Super clean, welcoming and accommodating staff

Need a bigger gym or access to yoga space otherwise USP around well-being not being executed (issue with sauna door not enabling access to yoga room). Noise due to either toilets or AC in room.

The property was very clean, rooms are well thought out & staff very welcoming. The location is also amazing.

    Everything was perfect!

The lobby bar staff member is very friendly, and the variety of options—from coffee to snacks—was good. I didn’t have time to enjoy them this time. The atmosphere at the hotel is calm, warm, and welcoming.

The body soap was empty in the shower, so I used my own soap.I also have a suggestion to place more small trash bags in the bathroom bin in case it gets full, since the bin is small.I suggest extending the kitchen’s operating hours until 12:00 a.m., as most tourists return late. In many cases, they would like to order dinner after a long day or have a light meal before sleeping. Closing the kitchen at 10:00 p.m. is considered very early for tourists who spend long hours outside the hotel and return late

Nice place even if some rooms are really too small!

Staff is not well trained! We did twice the check in and 3 time the invoice at check out!

    3DylanPosted on: 12-24-2025

Bed comfy, close to public transport and Hyde park.

Cleaners come uninvited into our room with private things out and moved my expensive watch from where I’d left it under a pillow and put it face down on the side. Also me and my partner both have eye infections one day after our return home.

Very small rooms with lack of storage space

Room, Location, and Staff were excellent! I was staying with 5 other people and we all agree it was a fantastic hotel. Would definitly recomend to friends and collegues.

I realise it was a Vegetarian / Vegan kitchen but some real sausages would have been great to be offered on the included breakfast and not to have to pay for them. Other than that it was all delicious (except the vegan sausages)
