Location?a quick walk to either Paddington transit center or sights at Hyde park

No window or clear fire escape. VERY narrow hallways.

The location next to paddington was great. Very accessible to all points in london

It¿s a great, inexpensive spot. I don¿t think it¿s a 3 star, though. I¿d say a 2 star rating would be the proper rating. It has no noticeable amenities, but it is clean and cozy.

It was nice and close to the train station so we didn¿t have to carry our luggage far and we were able to check in very early. The staff was extremely nice and helpful

The room was at the top level and there were only steep stairs so it was very tiring bringing the luggage all the way to the room.

Paddington location was lovely, with lots of good places to eat and so close to Kensington.

No air conditioning and we were in a small attic room, probably about 90 degrees in there. We tried to stay away as much as possible.

Room was very dirty. The comforter had black hair on it, the shelves had dust on them with black hair, and one of the sheets had a brown stain. The website says there is a free breakfast but that is a lie. There is no breakfast!!

No breakfast despite saying they have breakfast. The bathroom had some mold. No heating.

The wifi was so slow we couldn't even connect to it, and the room was so stuffy and hot even when the temperature outside was cold.

Disappointed in this hotel and in Booking.com.

We didn’t check in to our reservation because there was evidence of an ongoing bedbug infestation at the hotel. We expressed our concerns to the hotel and to Booking.com but neither was helpful. We requested a refund but our request was denied.

The location was good, near Paddington Station and restaurants.

We got the room in the basement, there was very bad air in the room and the windows could not be opened.

Nice staff, clean, excellent location.

There was no AC and it was hot - middle of July. . Did not realize when I booked, that AC was not advertised. Perhaps my fault for not noticing but at $200 plus a night, I assumed there was AC. Other than being very hot, the small hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly.

Room was very clean BUT...TV was smaller than my laptop and had only 2 AERIAL antenna programs BBC and SKY. Remote was not match the TV and for 7 days stay TV is important. Bathroom clean but dangerous since is SLIPPERY very bad. NO hose for shower head and that was very bad. Overall room was V clean and if you fix TV and shower will be v good

No satellite channels available, so kida can watch cartoons, no wifi available, bathroom lock not available.

I stayed in a room that was clean and tidy. It was modern and had some bonus features like a fridge and a microwave. Was it 5 star? No. But it was better than what I was expecting for the price I paid.

Could have done with a hairdryer.

The location is perfect, so close to paddington station and therefore easy access to all the london Tube lines. The staff were also amazing! Our room was in the basement the windows were barred with very little airflow. There is a fan but it became very humid after showers. The room was always cleaned and clean for the most part. It slept 5 so our family of 5 could comfortable fit with the extra single bed. Its hard to find something in london for the price and the location you just can have high expectations.

Staying in the basement was a bit hard as I worried about escape in the event of emergency even so they seemed to have a system in place. There are alot of rooms and its an old building.

Comfortable no-nonsense hotel with fantastic location. Seamless check-in and exit process.

Bedbugs in the beds and so had to change rooms midway at 4 am at night

Location was easy to find and near all the main attractions and huge apartment.

Not good for family, the apartment is in the main door and there were people drinking on the main door till 1 am night making noises and banging the door. We were helpless and kids were scared.
