Grand Concerto Hotel

The location was wonderful--very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

The hotel was pretty no-frills. I think that's to be expected for a budget stay in a very central location, but I probably would have been disappointed if I were hoping for something really nice.

Not a lot of room, in the room we selected

the breakfast is simple but nutritious and the staff supply food continously. the service is good although the air conditioner didn't work one night , they solve the problem immediately. finally, the staff is friendly and helpful, housekeepers are also responsible for cleaning the that I have a comfortable environment for rest. overall, it is the hotel I will recommend.

The hotel was in a great location.

The room was tiny, like a shoe box which meant it was extremely uncomfortable to spend time in.. we dreaded going back there at night. The room was also roasting hot even though it was January.. can't imagine what it would be like in the summer. I had booked the deluxe double and had to check with reception if we'd been given the right room because it was tiny!

The room size was as expected for London, but the bathroom was bigger than expected. The room was clean and looked recently renovated.

i really liked the breakfast , i was so happy seeing the peach or apricot pastries! nice selection and not rushed on closing and allowed me to enjoy breakfast when i came down at 9:45! Really nice rooms and great locaion and felt very safe having staff on reception

could of had a warming reception when i tried explaining i wanted my room key as my mom had checked in earlier and gone out again and i was dropping my bags into the room. i think it was confusion and misunderstanding but it would of been nice to have felt like the receptionist had tried to gain understanding with a nicer tone and warmer approach.

Good hotel and location , rooms are small like in London hotels mainly , if compere to other European citys . Very friendly staff and always like to help you . Breakfast would be great add a fresh vegetables too .

The location was good

The size of the room was ery small and when i got in to the room i found a tube of makeup on the side from the person in the room before. When I lay on the bed and looked up i could see one of the down lights hanging by its wire. Also when I used the over head shower unit the water was coming out the sides and top and not the shower holes this could mean the holes are blocked with limescale so it could mean a Legionella issue.

We arrived at the hotel after a short walk from Paddington station, it was 09:00 am and we were due to book in at 3pm .We were greeted by the friendly staff and explained that we were going to a show later that day and could we leave our bags in a secure place. The gentleman told us to sit in the reception and he would sort something out. With in ten minutes he returned and said we could book in to our room right away, a real bonus

Very close to the railway station, lots of bars and restaurants close by.

The hotel is located in Paddington, very close to the underground. The breakfast was simple but good. The staff is very friendly.

Our hotel room was next to the entrance. The room is small and there was no table. The room was not cleaned very well.

The reception team could have been more welcoming. Efficient but perfunctory.

Small but clean and cozy...

Location is very central for access to Central London. Walking distance to underground also. Breakfast was excellent .

Room was tiny - bed and bathroom only. Little room for luggage or clothes storage. Having coffee we had to sit on the bed. no chairs or table in room. I requested a quiet room , away from traffic etc. Hotel is listed as "soundproof". This was not our experience. Room was facing street and there was traffic noise all night. People, music , general noise from nearby restaurants & bars. It was possible to hear people in adjacent rooms also.

Rooms were very clean, Staff was exceptional. Breakfast was very good.

We took a family room for 4 people. Although we fitted in the room and it was super clean, there was little room to move around once the sofa bed was open. Also the bathroom is quite small

Decent location to train station

Not welcoming, gentleman at reception check in. Was put out that he had to do some work.Yellow stains in the middle of the bed sheet, I believe that it wasn’t changed since the previous guest in that room. I slept on two large bath towels.

Hotel was clean and had a nice breakfast. Conveniently located near Paddington Station.

Price for the size of the room. And the bars are a little loud as they are right there.

This hotel was awesome. We booked an airbnb and had to cancel our week stay because it was a disaster! So we booked a room last minute for one night then they were able to move us to another room to accommodate us for the rest of our stay for a great deal!! The staff is super nice super helpful. The manager and all the other staff at the front were so understanding of our situation and insured us a great room considering our previous issue at the airbnb. Bathroom is clean, a little small, but nothing too bad. Clean and soft bedding!!

Most everything, fantastic price/location. Friendly staff, service, etc.

The flies were a bit annoying unfortunately
