amazing Location, great studio apartment, perfect size and comfortable bed

internet constantly cut out, which was annoying while trying to watch a movie.

Great location, clean rooms

We contacted hotel when we booked to requested extra bed which they said was fine. We knew it would be bed settee and they said they would set it up before we arrived. When we checked in there was no bedding for the bed settee. We were going to a show so we asked at reception for some bedding they gave us a sheet and said they would get housekeeping to put a duvet in room. We got back quite late and there was no duvet in room so we asked again at reception and they said not possible as where they are kept is locked up and housekeeping gone home. Asked again in the morning for the second night and they said it would be done but again it wasnt. We were out all day so were not there to chase them to do this. If it was summertime would have been ok but it was freezing. Regardless of this the hotel is lovely and perfect location.

Great location. 24 hour reception with helpful staff. Good sized apartment (we had 2brm suite). Good shower. Had a lift to get luggage to upper floors. 5 min walk to Paddington station and the Hop-On-hop-off bus stop. Hyde Park and Marble Arch within 20 minute walk.

The temperature is pre-set and you can’t adjust. It was quite warm and a bit stuffy but ok. Found a small window in one bedroom to open at night. There is a small sign on the driveway entrance that says Aspen Apartments but name above door is different.

Fantastic location. Good sized apartment. Great having kitchem and washing machine.

£170 for 1 night without breakfast is a rip off. Needs a huge lick of paint, very tired. Noisy piping. Just a bit of a rip off tbh

Excellent location, close to Paddington train station, and Heathrow Express. Easy walk to Hyde Park. Great size 2BR apartment with huge kitchen. Friendly staff on check-in. Room available for early checkin which was very welcome after long flight.

Double bed very uncomfortable, but that could just be personal preference.

The location is near Paddington Station and feels safe. I can walk to Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The hotel looks a bit old, and the heating system was not working properly at times. There was also no dishwashing liquid provided.

I love the location - so convenient and close to Paddington Station as well as Hyde Park. The room was very spacious, like a home away from home. Staff were generous and kind to us. Warm and cosy in winter.

No breakfast here. Can get breakfast next door at nice cafe or use the kitchen to make one's own!

Breakfast was great. Good space in apartment.

Single glazed windows were very drafty and extremely noisy with traffic. Kitchen didn't have much utensils. Was missing a teapot & scissors. Dishwasher didn't work and and wasn't any tablets for it either.

Close proximity to Paddington Station

Dated interior and really poor shower. My room was next to a busy road so it was very noisy from around 6am. The blinds did little to block out the light so it was difficult to get back to sleep

Location great. Cleaning staff had done a great job given what they had to clean. Reception staff ( except for Marcus) were not friendly or helpful. The TV did not work ( lost signal) and asking 4 times it took 36 hours to fix. The technical gentleman who fixed the TV was great. The RV had a big white line down the centre of picture and the only worked for 24 hours and fail again. The kitchen was unfinished. The beds very hard and lumpy with pillows that were flat. I have stayed here many times over decades and it was once great value for money. Now it is overpriced terrible place. Do not recommend

It was clean

Excellent location within easy walking distance from Paddington Station. The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable and provided us with everything we wanted for a short stay in London. There are plenty of places to eat and drink close by.

Location was good.

1. Have to leave room key at reception when leaving premises2. Bathroom full of limescale (shower head & tap)3. Tadpole like animals coming from under the shower cubicle (2/3 daily seen)4. Toilet very close to the shower (no room to move - legs touching toilet roll)5. Noisy outside - sounds like the windows are open but they are not.6. Reception staff not very friendly / approachable, on arrival the receptionist was very miserable, slamming stuff down!

Location was handy for what we needed, lots of places to eat around the area. Staff were pleasant but didn't have a need for them much as we were in an apartment.

Bathroom was hugely dated and tiny, extractor didn't work so a huge amount of condensation after each shower, which when there is 4 of you that's a lot.

Excellent location, very close to Paddington station, very attentive staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, very good shower. It has a small kitchen, which allows you to prepare a snack or breakfast. I even used the washing machine.

Sometimes the heating was not working.

Great to have cooking facilities. Can save a lot having breakfast and dinner in.We had breakfast for £9.50 and it was good value. Great to have a washing machine.

Obviously an old building and some evidence of rising damp in our lounge room. But all in all good!

I really liked the location to Paddington , so convenient to travel About . I thought the apartments were really clean and the facilities were just right , plenty of space in the apartment and in a nice street to stay on plenty of local amenities, lovely staff and resolved any issues quickly and effectively

There were a few minor things , broken door handle to balcony , however was fixed that day , faulty light in living room , bathroom sink wasn’t draining and fridge shelf broken , everything we said was resolved just a few attention to details required before guests stay , loose glass table in room but that was fixed , it is close to station so does get noisy but it’s London,
