The room was efficiently laid out and very clean. Having a kitchen was very helpful. It's tucked away on a lovely, quiet street but is just around the corner from the tube. Close to the shops and always felt safe. Absolutely pleased with our stay.

Nice big clean rooms

Very good location for public transport and sights. The bed was comfortable. The room had everything we needed for a medium length stay, all cleaning equipment and products were provided. There was a lot of attention for details. Staff was friendly and helpful

The lounge area felt a little unwelcoming and ‘cold’ without carpet.

We (a couple) stayed in the one bedroom for 4 nights and it was perfect for us - spacious (for London), very convenient location (simultaneously next to a lively area + Earl’s Court tube, and super quiet due to being on a parallel road through a cobblestone courtyard), very clean place and with all the amenities we needed (cozy kitchen and small washing machine in the room). The staff was lovely and it was easy to check in, etc.

The greatest appeal of the property is its sense of calm, despite being exceptionally well connected. It is just a two-minute walk from Earl’s Court Tube station, with excellent access across central London. Knightsbridge and Green Park are both reachable within around fifteen minutes. Overall, it offers very good value for money given the location. Special mention. Excellent service

Everything satisfactory

The property is clean and spacious, on a quiet street, I felt safe and comfortable. Very close to Earls Court Underground and a short walk away from Kensington High street and National History Museum It was warm and secure.

The bed was a little hard, and also the pillows were a bit hard. The microwave, or oven, I’m not sure what it was - was difficult to operate I gave up in the end. Then the last 3 days I had a leak in the bathroom from the ceiling (room above mine). Maintenance did come to check but nothing was done to fix it during my stay, nor was I offered another room sadly. I made do of the situation by using a towel over my head when using the bathroom. Little inconvenience but they did try their best to repair the issue…

All great - no complaints

Great location just a few minutes from Earl's Court tube station which has direct line to Heathrow (and, joyfully, stair/step free access between the street and the platform). Staff were lovely, especially Anna Maria. Straightforward instructions on how to work the various appliances.

The appliances were a little dated though worked OK. I never managed to figure out how to get the heated towel rail to switch on. Instructions for the safe seemed to describe a different model.

Pillows terrible bed ok exhaust fan not working. Property says 24/7 front desk but often there was no one there. Limited luggage storage facility with luggage left at front desk

Great location, very friendly and helpful front desk staff, nice smal apartment feel with refrigerator, washer/dryer, hob, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker.

Location was excellent. It was very close to the Earl's Court tube station which gave us a direct line to Heathrow as well as the heart of London.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and responsive, as well as the location and the room accommodations. Nothing fancy or plush but a large, clean room.

Internet and TV was lousy

The location and staff were both nice.

The heat in the unit was on and would not turn off. The entire floor was hot upon stepping off of the elevator. I am unsure if this was just from our room, or if other rooms had the same problem. The desk clerk, Aladdin, was as helpful as he could be and gave us 2 portable air conditioners. However, the portables required a tube to be hung out of the window, were loud, took up a lot of the already small room and did not cool the entire room. The thermostat at the door still registered between 26 and 30 degrees Celsius with both portable air conditioners on high. The beds were also very hard. The washer and dryer had multiple error codes and we ended up having to hang our clothes all over the room to dry. For the price that I paid, this is unacceptable.

Nothing actually

Location is superb. Near to Earl’s Court underground station (most main lines goes through here), good range of halal food nearby as well. Staff was great and helpful. In particular a Spanish guy on my 1st night (sad not to see him after that anymore). Aladdin (yes real person!) also was helpful.

I’m Asian. So no bidet in the bathroom is a big thing.

This is a beautiful building with modern apartments that have all facilities you need for a comfortable stay in a great location in London. There are lots of supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc in a walking distance from the apart hotel. Bus stops are very close and the metro station is only 400 m apart. The staff are pieces of gold (Mr. Amin, Ms. Ana, and Mr. Aladin are stars). You can find anything you need in your home within the kitchen with great oven, toaster, washing machine, kitchen tools, coffee machine, etc. The unit was generally silent and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apart hotel. We will definitely choose it next time!

There were not any major issues at all. Since there’s no one to help, you should lift your luggage up the stairs at the main entrance, so make sure your bags are not too heavy. If something is not working (the oven in our case), you’ll inform the staff and they will fix it in no time. The only thing that I was a little concerned about is the amount of GBP 250 that you need to leave from your card as a guarantee deposit which will be returned to your account one to 7 days after you leave the property provided you didn’t cause any damages. I think the policy can be modified by accepting cash after they inspect the apartment at the time of check out. However, it was not a big deal as they refunded me the amount instantly as they checked the apartment. No important issues really!
