Excellent staff. Great value for the price. Excellent location.

There was no AC and London was very hot this summer.

The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was very convenient.The staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was rented as ‘serviced’ which implies a level of housekeeping during the stay. There were no housekeeping visits at all despite us being there for a week. The Q and A section stated that there would be a housekeeping visit every day and that bedding would be changed every third day. This was not done despite us asking on the 4th and 5th day, when we were told that there were no staff available at all due to it being a bank holiday weekend. We were provided with clean bedding but had to change the bed ourselves. We also had to request clean towels and toilet roll at the reception desk.The apartment we booked was ‘deluxe’ but was actually very basic. Very hot and stuffy, no AC or fan, the kitchen was much smaller than the photo shown, no worktop space whatsoever and so small that only one person could be in there at a time.There appears to be no communication between the management of the rentals and the maintenance team. On our second morning we were woken up by the sound of somebody trying to enter the apartment door, which made us think somebody was breaking in. It turned out to be maintenance guys who thought the apartment was unoccupied. If I had been a woman on my own in the apartment I would have been very frightened by this.For the price we paid I expected better.

Nice apartment on high floor with elevator. Very quiet. Easy walk to underground and river.

The kitchen was very small with little bench space but had a full size fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom sink was small and a bit awkward to use.

I stayed in a 1BHK. Kitchen is good with necessary items. washing machine with dryer, Iron box etc are available. smart TV is good. dining table with 4 chairs. 3 seater sofa. Very good compound. Location is OK. No Malls, shopping centers near. Taxi is available but, difficult to get Uber. Underground Railway stn is near. Room service only once in a week. Rent is also little high compare to same properties nearby. Anyway , not very good or very bad.

Room heaters not working. Uber is not available easily. Room service frequency must increase. At least twice in a week needed.

The place is a compound of rooms and apartments for leasing. They recently started offering apartments for short term rent through Booking and Airbnb. Overall it was a nice worm stay

Some buildings are being renovated and you can sometimes hear construction noise.

Good sized rooms for central London. Clean. Got two keycards, one for each of us.Kitchen is very basic.

The apartment is spatious. Facilities are in good state. The bed is very comfortable.

I think I arrived in a very very bad day for the hotel. As I arrived, there were a lot of heavy complaints going on at the same time (missing bags from customers, harassment, etc), which were obviously overwhelming for the staff. One of the staff was completely desperate, while the other was trying to handle all the problems. This lead to a very uncomfortable situation. If that was not enough, toilet was clogged and we had to be moved to another apartment. The heater is very old and hot, and we cannot open the window a lot, so despite being a very good bed, the night was terrible due to how hot the bedroom became. For my surprise, I had previously asked and agreed with hotel's staff to leave the luggage for extra time on my last day (my checkout was at 11, but the bus was only at night), but we received a communication letter at our room saying that the hotel would be closing out on the checkout day, very strange. So I had to find a workaround with no help from the hotel's staff. It was a terrible experience, which is strange for me due to all the positive reviews.

the apartment where we stayed was spacious, with a separated kitchenette and all the necessary equipment. the neighborhood is beautiful and 5 minute's walking distance from the tube station.

Great location, and the 1st person who checked us in was extremely polite and professional, brilliant price for location.Good size apartment with a wide number of facilities a 4/5 min walk to the tube which was ideal.

When checking out one member of staff seemed slightly stressed and came across as a bit rude, I’m guessing short staffed however should still try and remain polite to customers.Also the kitchen had everything needed to make a meal but no cutlery to eat it with.

Rooms were lovely and large, great for a longer stay with space to relax

Breakfast was included, I was told there were items on the menu but there was nothing for us to eat at all. Everything was pre-prepared with meat and dairy.

The situation of the residence, the size of the room.

We booked an appartment for 5 and my son had to sleep in the sofa, as there were only 4 beds. He didn't sleep very well. The blankets on the beds were dirty.

The apartment was excellent! Big, bright, very clean and quiet. There is a tesco nearby and the tube station is 3 min away.

We were expecting to find at least one usb plug (which are universal) to charge our phones but all plugs were UK specific and there was no adaptor in the room.

Room was very hot although a fan was provided air conditioning would be better. There was not many plug sockets and no mirror apart from the bathroom

Security and night staff are il prepared to deal with issues and lost other guests luggage and proceeded to be aggressive towards them even though it was their mistake.
