Clean, soft mattress, lot of coffee, tea bags. Be aware it’s not really near to Paddington railway station.

Plugs location. All plugs were behind the fridge close to the floor. To boil kettle you have to pull out the fridge and put kettle in the floor. Wi fi is relatively slow.

The room was small and could only fit the double bed. Not enough space to move around the roomThe room was cold the two nights. The bed had lite beddings bedsheets and bed cover only. I was expecting duvy. The radiator felt warm but the warmth was not filling the room. The shower

We were very disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, the room was poorly equipped and several basic amenities were either missing or not functioning.There was no proper duvet, and the mattress was badly worn and extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The kettle provided could not be filled properly because the space between the sink and tap was too small to fit it underneath — something that should have been obvious during room setup.The shower had almost no water pressure, so it was difficult to take a proper shower. There was also no working Wi-Fi during our stay. The TV did not function either — both standard channels and apps were frozen — so we couldn’t watch anything at all. We were even prompted to log into our own TV licence–linked account, which is not something guests should be expected to do in a hotel.We also contacted the property via Booking.com before arrival to ask about check-in, but no one responded at all.Overall, this was a truly poor experience and well below what would reasonably be expected from any hotel. The only positive aspect was the location. Based on our stay, it is difficult to understand what standard or rating this property is meant to meet.

The location is perfect, the staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The hotel is situated a short 5 minute walk from a tube station and a short walk from Oxford street which was great. The room was perfect and nice and warm for the winter.

Hotel well located for paddington and edgware road stations. Edgware road was nearer although they mention paddington in the info which is a bit strange.

The bed badly needs replacing ..i dont think I've ever slept in a more uncomfortable one. Spent most of the night tossing and turning as a result to a cocophany of squeaky springs

It’s a budget-friendly hotel that meets basic needs.

It’s a bit noisy, you can hear people outside, and the bed and the pillows are a bit hard. I got neck discomfort, which i hadn’t had in ages

Location and value for money at London prices.

The location. It was a stones throw from Edgware Road station, meaning it was very simple for me and my daughter to get to the theatre in Victoria.

Oh wow, where to start. Dilapidated does not do it justice. Blood stained mattress, albeit flipped, the patio door had a massive gap and the top bolt did not engage, the whole room was shabby and the bathroom had rust everywhere. The fridge had a freezer section with what I assume to be a discarded pair of pants in there, judging by the ammonia smell that came out of it which means that it hadn’t been checked or cleaned in quite some time. If there is an option to upload photos on this review I will do. The bed had a sheet and a blanket, credit card thin pilllows and nothing else. Thankfully the heating was adequate which is good given the gap in the patio doors.

Staff are lovely. Room is clean. Beds are comfy.

I was cold in bed at night. Only a sheet and a lightweight throw on the bed in January. Rooms are dated bathroom very small.

Good place to stay for the money. Pretty clean and very good location.

Nothing it was perfect

Outside was lovely and inside was nice and clean!

We could hear drilling next door from our room which was uncomfortable for us to sleep

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful . It was very clean and a reasonable price.

The property was close to lots of cafes and restaurants, and tube stations, making it easy to get around.

The rooms were small, but were totally adequate for a short stay.

It was clean & beds were comfortable.

Rm 19 had a dressing table placed awkwardly for plugging kettle in. I couldn't plug it in, my daughter-in-law had to do it.

Don’t stay here!!

Very ethnic area-somewhat uncomfortable for single women. Old and decrepit. ‘Carpeting’ filthy. Old/drafty window. Teeny tiny BR sink. Toilet not attached to floor and kept moving. Glasses ‘wiped’ not washed/steralized. Mattress springs had sprung but not replaced. TV remote didn’t work/not fixed or replaced. Other than that just peachy

Location great, easy walk from Paddington Station. Booking and check in easy. Staff helpful. Very clean. Good value for money.

Needed blankets. Very cold night, but there was a heater in the room, so once that was on, it was all good.

We have stayed before, this was our 2nd time. Its very basic, but it has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the location is excellent, the staff are always friendly and helpful

It needs refurbishing but you get what you pay for. It wouldn't stop us staying there again, its comfortable enough
