    Pros +

    • The studio style layout is very comfortable. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was also larger than expected. Staff was extremely helpful.
    • The size of the room, the equipment available
    • The hotel was cozy, luxurious and well kept. The best of both worlds of a condo and a hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cherry on top of our visit.

    Cons -

    • The neighborhood is a little rough. It is a little noisy, especially if you have to keep the windows open.Public transport would probably be the best way to get around. It's a long walk, or taxi ride, to get near any attractions.
    • The location, I thought it was more central, few tv channels
    • Bed is hard.

Was forced to move rooms after the first night.

    A good location. Helpful staffs

Although this is my second time using this facility, the apartment I was allotted appears smaller than the last one.

Loved the place! It’s always hard to find big rooms in London, but this one was quite spacious and the kitchen was nice too. I felt safe since no one can just walk into the building. For the price, it’s a 10/10.The building is quiet also I had always good sleep!

Loved having this apartment as my home away from home. It was spacious, though next time I'll ask for a unit away from the streetside, it got pretty noisy.

Wish there were a bit more nonperishables in the kitchen. Oil, paper towels and such.

Awful - we left without staying even though prepaid

We arrived, saw the place and left almost immediately. The room poor condition, paper thin walls and a lot of external noise. The room smelled of weed. We left and booked another hotel but were denied a refund. To be avoided.

The space, the location, the value of money

The microwave was not working properly. There was a smell from the bathroom. No air conditioning.

Very Close to bus stop and train station

Its definitely nothing close to pictures, furniture is literally disposable and room corridors have strange smell.

Apartment is very confortable, and new. Very spacious and quiet.Kitchen is equipped with MicroWave Oven, Fridge, etc... In front of the entrance there is a Sainsbury Market useful to easily buy all needed for a confortable breakfast in the apartment. We found - very appreciated for us as Italians - an espresso machine with some free coffee capsules. Our double bed was very confortable, and also the single sofa bed.Bathroom was clean and very functional.Very appreciated is the Apartment cleanliness.Position is quite far from the center of london, nonetheless is very well served by bus lines and tube .

Apartment was no equipped with air condidioning (as clearly described). The fan provided, may be not enough on very hot days.

No AC/fan, difficult when hotLocation is a bit far from the city center

The space was clean and the rooms were reasonably sized.

We booked three rooms at Marlin Apartments Limehouse for a week-long stay with a large family group, including two elderly parents (both over 75) and two young children. While the rooms themselves were clean and spacious, our experience was disappointing enough that we had to leave after just one night, despite having a non-refundable booking. The main concern was safety. The bathrooms have unusually high bathtubs (around two feet tall), which posed a real hazard for our parents. My mother nearly slipped trying to get in. When we asked if there were rooms with safer shower access, we were told all rooms were the same. The bathmats were provided upon request but made things even more slippery. We also had trouble getting basic support during an extremely hot night. Only one fan was provided, though we were promised two for the rooms where our children were sleeping on sofa beds. The staff kept assuring us one would be sent “before bedtime,” but it never arrived. Despite offering to install it ourselves, we were left with no resolution, and one of our kids fell ill from the heat. The front desk team (especially Shirley) was respectful and tried to help, but the management was completely unresponsive. The property advertises 24-hour concierge service, yet when we asked to speak with the manager, we were told he was on leave and no one knew when he’d return. We later heard from the manager, Hamza, only by email—two days after we had already left. Rather than acknowledging the situation, his response was dismissive and inaccurate. He claimed the bathroom setup was clearly shown on the listing (it wasn’t even till the time of this review), and denied things we were told by his own staff. This place might work for younger or solo travelers, but if you’re traveling with seniors or young children—or expect basic accountability from management—I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

The staff were very nice people and accommodating . Train station is 7 minutes walking

If you are going in the summer and get in to a heat wave be ready to have a bad night . Neighborhood looks sketchy at first but you get use to it

    Spacious and clean

Did not have AC and we went during summer, so the room was very hot and uncomfortable, we asked the staff for a solution and they said to use the fan from the closet and open the door and windows the whole time, so privacy was out of the question. Very noise since we had to keep everything open. Impossible to sleep during the day. We paid around 180£ a day, very expensive for the quality and location, as well as staff treatment, which was of very poor taste.

The quality and the experience were great for the price! We had almost everything we needed: space, a fully functioning kitchen, a clean bathroom, fans for the very hot weather we were in, and good Wi-fi.

We didn't get our towels changed during our stay, and we didn't have a functioning way of contacting the reception. We were given a WhatsApp link, but no one responded there at all. The extended couch was pretty uncomfortable.

Apartment was modern, clean with equipped kitchen. It was not far from train and bus station - easily accessible by public transport.

Very, very noisy location - day and night traffic on the main road close to the apartment.During hot day (we experienced heat-wave in London), apartment gets very hot as the sun is shining all day long into its windows. This might be welcome during colder days but for us it was hot like in hell, also during the night. In combination with heavy traffic, we could not sleep since we could not open the windows even in the night.
