Location was the only redeemable quality

room condition heating didnt operate, indication of prior bed bugs infestation, shower clogged , no hair dryer , mattress springs could be felt, room felt like a converted closet especially for the price point.

The front desk guy was very polite and kind.

Cleaners opened our room when we were still inside and havent even checked out yet. Hallways are tight and narrow, can hear staff talking outside. Place is convenient if you are looking for just a night stay this can suffice but dont set your expectations

Please stay away i could only upload 4 pictures but have more i Would have given 0 if i could We had booked 2 nights but stayed only 1 due to not feeling safe Curtains were hanging off couldnt close them the tiles in bathroom were broken my daughter fell over them shower door hanging off the tracks and bathroom stunk of urine all night we had to keep the door closed at all times beds were pop up beds not comfortable at all window wouldnt lock shut smallest TV ive seen and it didnt work there was pest control(rat) boxes all the way up the stairs No place for anyone let alone children We had to book a new hotel for the 2nd night because we didnt feel it was safe for our children We asked for a refund for the 2nd night which they refused

The staff and location is good.

Old furnitures,the room is too small,not a family friendly space. More suitable for a group of friends or backpackers.

Friendly staff at reception. For this location, the room rate was very reasonable, and the bed was comfortable. (The bed was one of three provided in the room - two double and a single.)

To have included breakfast in the rate would have been a bargain, but it was advertised as included in the small take-away leaflet from the hotel and was then not offered. If I had known it was not included, I could have provided for myself better than I did.

Staff are accommodating and he (was not able to get his name) even gave us a good room with balcony.

The staffs were friendly. They let us checked in early as rooms were available. We could keep our bags there after checking out. The bed was comfortable. The location is great and very close to bus stops and subway stations. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby within walking distance.

The room was smaller than I expected. We were put in the basement and the room was smelly. The curtains were not blackout and the light outside kept switching on and disturbed our sleep. The walls are very thin so can easily hear the people in the next room. There was also no lift so a bit difficult to carry our luggages.

The pillow - it seemed clean.

There was a strong naphthalene smell in the bathroom, which could also be mould smell. I could see some molding around the frame of the shower cabin. This is a no-no, beyond acceptable. The kettle in the room for boiling water had white stain marks on the transparent numbers bar, it deterred me from using it. Overall, the bathroom strong smell of naphthalene (it seemed like it the best I could tell) was a huge deterrent. I was able to keep my window open for the night in June, and keep the bathroom shut door.

Location is very good! Nearby to bus stop and tube station. And also small shop and restaurant which is very convenient.The staff was also very friendly and helpfull to me and my family.

Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team,I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at a hotel in Notting Hill, London, which I booked through Booking.com. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and it caused significant distress to me and my family, including two children.Upon arrival, the hotel reception initially allocated us a room on the 4th floor. However, when we reached the room, we discovered that it was already occupied by other guests. This was extremely concerning and clearly indicated a serious lapse in hotel management and coordination. I had to return to the reception twice using the stairs, as there was no lift or elevator facility.Following this, instead of resolving the issue properly, the staff assigned us a very small room on the underground floor. This room had no proper air ventilation or circulation, making it extremely uncomfortable and suffocating for my family, especially for children. I protested and raised my concerns with the staff, but I was left with no real alternative, as the hotel claimed all rooms were already checked in.Despite paying a significant amount of £145, the quality of service and accommodation was completely unacceptable.Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The following morning, the bathroom wash area was completely clogged with water, and the toilet flush was also not working properly. As a result, my wife, children, and I were unable to take a bath that morning. This was a very unpleasant and unhygienic situation. I have attached photos showing the water clogging in the bathroom and toilet area.When the cleaning staff arrived, their behavior was unprofessional and uncooperative. The cleaner expressed reluctance to work as it was a Sunday/weekend, which further added to our frustration.This entire stay was extremely disappointing and stressful. We felt helpless, frustrated, and wanted to leave the hotel as soon as possible.

Location and staff friendly.They looked after our luggage after vacating our room so we could go shopping and sightsee.

Beds were very hard.TV didn't work.

The location is good, very close to the metro station. The street is pretty.

The room was very small. I wanted to take a shower one day and the hot water wasn’t running at all. The bed is right next to a wall, which is very dirty. There is no closet or any space to put your clothes besides floor or table.

Good position , near metro station. Excellent staff ...very kind and friendly .highly reccomended.
