The rooms did not look like the pictures. They were very dirty and old. We contacted the hotel before for a special request and they changed their mind and did not help us.

Close to Paddington station

The room had no windows and was dirty. On first use of the toilet I found the previous occupant had left a deposit which clearly had bypassed "cleaning" of the room. All in all an extremely disappointing experience - only upside was it was for one night

Booking was incorrect, accommodation was incorrect, not clean,no office staff, terrible,terrible..

The location was good, just 5-8 minutes from Paddington Station and everything was near the hotel!

The single hotel without windows was a bit dry, it was difficult to control the air. Moreover they didn’t clean my room for 5 days

Close to train station, surrounded with different kind of restaurants, clean room

it was cold first night but they fix the heater immediately. Just communicate :)

Good location

Bathroom was not clean. Towels and bin from previous guests still in the room. Issues with sink - loose tap.

Room would be much improved by a lamp, and a mirror. Bed was comfy but on a strange slant.

No heating, I pretty much had to sleep with my jumper and no phone in the room to call anyone

Excellent location with available parking and nearby shops. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful in providing the information needed.

The property was generally clean but quite worn down. The windows were old and cracked, letting in cold drafts from the top, so I had to turn the heating up fully as it was -3°C outside. The furniture and beds were also very old, and cleaning was not thorough, with socks left on the radiator and hair in the bathroom. There is no elevator, and the narrow, steep stairs to the third floor made carrying luggage difficult.

Proximity to Paddington station was ideal

Beds were noisy every time I turned over, bathrooms extremely small, no hair dryer as advertised and unable to use tv during duration of stay

Need more parking spaces

Heating systems in the rooms and bed was creaky

It was as close to where I wanted to be , if I could have booked somewhere nearer for more money I would have , it was cheap and convenient

Massive pile of rubbish outside , why ? Rats - yes, on day of leaving rats spotted around the massive pile of rubbish . No excuse - you’re going to get bad reviews Was in a room on 3rd floor - Kettle / hairdryer / brilliant But two sockets half way up a wall - to make a brew you have to go down a landing to fill the kettle and stand up with it whilst it boils ! Window was wide open in winter , I shut it , in the morning tried to open, it wouldn’t ! Hence why it was left open Come on fix your rooms to a better standard I paid £70 for one night -was worth one night for £70

Plastic cubicle as a bathroom with a fan that wouldn't turn off, room small, really uncomfortable bed and the worst pillows I've ever experienced... Think of around 30 x 3in square lumps of foam popped into a pillow case..

Words can’t even describe how dire our experience was at this hotel. Within 30 minutes of entering the room, we developed severe coughing, likely due to mildew or chemical fumes in the air. We had to leave and find another hotel at 12:30 a.m. This hotel a genuine health and safety hazard.

This hotel boasts an ideal location. It is not only easily accessible at all hours but is also situated conveniently near Hyde Park and the Paddington train station, which we found most agreeable.

The room itself was wonderful—clean, cozy. Be aware that there are no wardrobes, so storage is limited to the space under the bed for your suitcase. For a short trip, it's an excellent and comfortable base.

The size of the room and the fact that it was underground in the dark that would remind one of being in a dungeon.
