Location, size, and cleanliness

Cheval Harrington located in a strategic location, it is near with the Hyde Park, Museums, restaurants, Cafe and also subway station.... to me, all of these aspects it is very convenient ??The staff also very helpful, kind and friendly, specially those whose in charge in front desk registration.... I truly appreciate it ? since it is my 1st visit to London.I had a wonderful time & experienced during my stayed in London specially in Cheval Harrington.... highly recommend ?

so far, i couldn't find anything that truly matters. But, if I may give a suggestion maybe cheval, can figure out how to have a plug for Hairdryer that close with the mirror, so it will be so much easier for woman to use the Hairdryer and looking to rhe mirror ?

Location is unbelievable There’s a Halal restaurant downstairs open until mid of the nightThey are very generous and kind There is complimentary water , fresh milk and coffee in the unit Soap was provided for washing clothes as wellWe didn’t need to purchase anything from the market.Clean and comfortable.The staff were super polite and friendly A special thanks to Mr.Ray was super helpful and polite

1-The size kind of too small .2- There is some noise from neighbors but not tooo loud.3- the smell of the paint in the corridor was not pleasant .

The apartments are small, although I selected executive two bedroom still only one room with attached bathroom

Large space, good facilities, nice staffs, great location1. It provides enough space for 3 people. Good facilities in the apartment, we can cook our own breakfast and dinner, very convenient. The apartment provides everything we need.2. Staffs are all very nice and helpful3. Great location. 2 mins walk to metro station, and there are 3 lines.

Un professsional practice to travelers whom heartily enjoy the stay at London.

Cheval claimed that during my stay I damaged their hop top after I checked out, which I disagreed that I didn’t use the hop top at all during my stay. They charged me £269 through my credit card without any evidence provided. I would even suspect that it is an non professional practice and even a scam. I would highly un recommended to other travelers at your booking.com.

Location was close to the tube station. Lots of food options and coffee were all less than a 5 min walk. The flat was modern. Towel warmer was a plus! Staff was very friendly and showed us around the apartment and answered our questions. All items including water were refilled each day without us having to ask.

My apartment is facing to the street, which is very noisy at night. I didn’t sleep well :(

Loved the location, staff and facilities! We requested a baby crib and it worked out fantastic! They added so many nice touches for our child as well. Thank you Sumit and staff for everything and making our trip to London great!

The location is amazing. So close to the South Kensington Tube station. The view off the balcony was glorious. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Everything was perfect for a week in London with the family.

Had a little trouble figuring out appliances but that was likely due to differences in how they work across the ocean.

We have stayed at Cheval at Edinburgh before so we know this place before we booked. It was really met all our expectations. The location of Cheval Harrington Court at South Kensington is only a few steps away from the tube so it is very convenient to get to. It is also located very close to Victoria & Albert museum which is also the main reason for us to pick up this place. There are many restaurants around this place. Cheval is a very luxury apartment with everything you really need just like at home. The entire place is well decorated and clean.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to visit museums. The apartment was exactly as the photos showed, clean and with a very complete kitchen.Staff is very helpful and nice.

Excellent reception desk staff, so friendly, so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Our room exceeded our expectations, it was spotlessly clean, the facilities in the kitchen were great. The room was quiet, the beds were super comfy too, I could not fault anything.

Location is good, cafe, tube stations, nice restaurants are just around the corner. Staff are super friendly and helpful.Room was clean and newly furnished. Nothing to complain about except you may hear the TV noise next door if your neighbourhood turns it high.

We absolutely loved everything about the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in for 5 nights. Well appointed, spacious, excellent location, clean, comfortable. We were sad to leave. Staff were very obliging. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, right in the bustling South Ken area and 2 mins from tube. Lots of restaurants shops etc nearby, very easy to get anywhere. Facilities recently updated to very high standard, very comfortable with all we needed. private balcony was nice bonus. All staff were exceptional, from front desk to housekeeping. would definitely return net time in London
