Every one on the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant

The breakfasts we had , one was complimentary as the hot water system had broken were very poor. The bedroom was very small but was well planned.

Relaxing, clean, comfortable and great location.

The hotel staff and services were excellent. The location was perfect—we were able to walk everywhere easily. They also made a lovely gesture for my birthday, which made our stay even more special.

I arrived around noon and the receptionist kindly arranged an early check-in without any issues, which was really appreciated. She also immediately offered tea or coffee, which was a very nice touch. The room temperature was perfect — not too hot, not too cold. Slippers and bathrobes were of very high quality, and the room itself was cozy and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was excellent.

We chose the Guardsman because of its very convenient location. The teas and coffees in the room were of exceptional quality and the shower was wonderful. Everything was very stylish. The hotel was very quiet and it felt safe and secure. We especially enjoyed the comfortable seating areas in the lounge.

The lobby is very small and it felt crowded when someone was checking in.

Ate breakfast at local eateries. Like to explore. Hotel bar very chic.Location superb.Room Superb.Staff very efficient and professional, especially Anna.Would definitely stay there again.

Love the location near St James tube station and Buckingham. Beautifully appointed rooms and very friendly staff. Can’t wait to return upon my next visit to London.

Absolute best place to stay when in London. The hotel is well located next to the main tube lines, but still on a quiet street, so no noise. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and also no noise from the corridor or other rooms. Stuff was very kind and professional, appreciate quick responses and attendance.

The location was perfect to explore all the important sites while also feeling like you're staying on a quiet, local street. I will be staying here every time I'm in London from now on!

Very good Hotel with a lot of privacy in a fantastic location and very nice internal design character/decoration. Reception personnel was very good providing high quality of services and hospitality.

The location of the hotel is superb, around the corner from Victoria, Buckingham palace and St James’ park. The room was quiet so we slept well. The hotel is immaculate, and the room was well lit. Nespresso machine and kettle also in the room.

The breakfast was very expensive so we didn’t partake, especially as there was a Pret virtually next door.Broken door at the entrance made entry and exit awkward.No hooks in the room for coats, clothes in bathroom etc.
