Guests aged 40 and over are required to book private accommodations. - Guests Under 18 Years Old: Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and are strictly permitted to stay in private rooms only. - Proof of Identification: A valid physical proof of ID must be shown upon arrival (Passport, Photo Driving License, or National Identity Card). We strictly cannot accept paper driving licenses, student IDs, or employee IDs. Failure to show valid photo ID will result in cancelation without a refund. - Group Bookings: When booking for large groups, different policies and supplements may apply
