    Pros +

    • It was clean with everything I needed. Good communication on where and how to get in.
    • Value for money was incredible. I cancelled a capsule in central london when this place became available for a similar price. Yes, the room was tiny, but it was just me for an overnighter in London. The bed was comfortable, the pillows and linen were crisp. The tiny kitchenette (which I didn’t use) was well thought out and there was even a small folding desk from the wall I one needed to do some work. The bathroom was modern and fully functional. Simply put, for £60 in London on a Saturday night you couldn’t fault it. I stayed on the 3rd floor in room 18.
    • There isn’t much I liked about this hotel. If I had to chose the best thing it would be the bed

    Cons -

    • Thr microwave was a bit confusing
    • The tile grout in the shower needs cleaning up. It’s not as much dirty but has blackened over time. The noise from the road is a big concern but I knew this and brought some decent earplugs and eyemask which sorted the problem out. The positives of this property far outweigh the negatives for the price
    • There is a long list.- Ignored communication through booking . com that resulted a delay for me.- The blind was not blackout and all and any light will be visible.- In Room 6 you will hear everything: people arriving to the hotel, traffic, people walking on the pavement and their phones.- Black Mould in the shower, a big health risk.- Could not close bathroom door without it being stuck, decided on personal safety to leave it open when in use.- Cupboards are badly damaged and falling to pieces.- Signage to the hotel is very poor, white sign with black text on a white wall.- In relation to poor communication I initially could not get into the hotel I had to wait until another guest was present.- The reception is impractical and unprofessional

    Good location and area

Mold in loo; very noisy from outside road

    9LindaPosted on: 1-22-2026

Very close to tube station. Staff friendly. Room had a fridge

There was a smell in the room. Had to ring for reception when we arrived

    7AshleyPosted on: 1-20-2026

Great location and well equipped for the price.

There were a couple spots on the counter where water had damaged the surface and there was mold in the grout in the bathroom.

Location was great very close to the tube The room was spotless with a comfy bed & pillowsLovely to have a fridge & microwave in it Would definitely stay here again on trips to London

    Nothing to dislike

    terrible AVOID AT ALL COSTS

its tiny, cramped, the bathroom smells weird is gross and you're next to a busy road you just hear cars all night and it's in the middle of nowhere this place was awful

Very good location for London, underground is near. Grade here is not fair because it is totally fine if you are around London all day and you just need some place to sleep.

Room was cosy but really small, so be prepared.

Had a very comfortable stay in a small but cosy room. Situated in a lovely part of Kensington and very close to the train station. Would definitely stay again.

    Kitchen needs updating

    5YorkePosted on: 12-2-2025

Bathroom was functional mostly clean other than tile grout in shower. Good coat hooks and storage for short stay.

Not given access code to get in. Weird delay on getting room details. Could not speak to a person on hotel or booking.com helplines. Got there couldn't get in. Let in by other guest. After an hour got code for key box by room. Waited for another guest to find out front door code, slept building shakes when trains go past, lots of road noise, not a blackout blind, not cleaned very well.

    Location

Kitchen utensils very little needed cereal bowls

    6FrancescaPosted on: 10-30-2025

I liked that it was close to the metro station and the bus stop. It also had a couple of different shops nearby.

The bathroom was kinda falling apart. The shower wasn’t working right and it smelled bad. I had requested to leave my luggage on my last day there and then proceeded to call reception on the day of checkout but nobody ever answered, not even at the emergency number. There was no way of contacting them!

Nice place to stay and great location and close to Earls Court. The room was well equipped. Would recommend.

The only negative I have is the traffic noise is quite loud as location is on a busy main road.

    5IvanaPosted on: 10-26-2025

    The location is fine.

When I came the heat was off so It took some time fo get the right temperature. The towels haf holes. The lamp was working but it was broken. All together, nothing special.

The en-suite was fairly new and the shower was good.

The kitchenette was badly equipped, one bowl one pan and no glasses. Big problems with tv system, ended up changing room.

    8NaomiPosted on: 10-15-2025

Great location , just needed a crash pad for one night . Staff were really helpful for checking in early and air con was fab

It’s not super glam but it’s great value and for a couple of nights it’s all you need if location and value are top priorities . Has towels , shower gels etc . Little kitchenette

    8DawnPosted on: 10-12-2025

It was very close to the Tube station. The instructions on how to get in were clear and efficient. It was good to have a lift which you don't always get in places like this! The room, although basic, was clean and comfortable and had everything you need. I loved the light which automatically came on when you entered the en suite. The TV and access to Netflix etc was exceptional.

The room was clean but it could have done with having some pictures up to make it more homely. It was sparse and 'unfinished'-looking. But that is a minor consideration. I had a great stay.

    7MariaPosted on: 10-7-2025

Easy check-in and check-out. The train station was literally outside the door, as well as a Lime cycle parking.

We stayed on the ground floor and it was a bit noisy at night. Also, there were no blankets and it got a bit chilly.

    7CharlesPosted on: 10-7-2025

    The accommodation was very clean

There was a faulty bedlamp that I received a shock from,I report this right away and was told someone would check it out next day no one appeared the rest of my stay. The television signal was very poor and frustrating, also lack of utensils to assist cooking and no dish towels to dry up with .
