I truly recommend staying here. We stayed 4 nights in an Urban Studio (I think their cheapest option) and it was excellent. We stayed at the 3rd floor. Can't complain about anything.

This place was awesome! Very nice location and right next to the train station.

2/3 of the elevator's were broken

The hotel would not provide an invoice and this is needed by my company,. Also very restricted breakfast selection and many items were gone by 8.45am!

I didn’t use the gym; I think its basement location didn’t appeal to me, or maybe I’m simply not a gym person. There was also no direct way to contact reception from the room, which made it a bit inconvenient, especially with only two lifts operating, meaning we had to go down in person each time.As this was my second stay, I did notice a difference compared to my first visit: back then the room was cleaner and all appliances worked properly. This time we had to change rooms three times before settling into one where everything functioned. The hotel did upgrade my room, which I appreciate, but even then the tap was slightly faulty. I didn’t report it because I didn’t want to change rooms again.

1) The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. 2) Even after getting an upgrade, the one bedroom apartment felt very cramped (nothing like in pictures). There was barely any room to move in the bedroom. 3) The staff on day one seemed very unwelcoming. 4) The refill of the water bottle at floor -1 is so weird because it's a small tap in the laundary room. Had to keep going in circles at -1 to find it until I asked and was told to go to the laundry room.

Location.

The studio had a very impractical layout: tiny bathroom with no space to hang towels (the one hanger was also damaged), limited space to move around the bed etc.Level of cleanliness was low - you could tell no deep cleaning was done in a long time. The space also seemed worn out - there were scratches on the walls, paint coming down (especially in bathroom and also ceiling in the "kitchenette"), chirped wall edges.Basic information re. services/stay was missing and not provided by stuff upon arrival nor available anywhere (i.e. no cleaning service for 3 nights stay). Towels were not refreshed even upon request (and despite staff confirming the request).Bed was uncomfortable and quite small, definitely not 180cm wide as listed on the booking site.Terrible view into street and some ongoing construction works - this was 2nd floor room. Requested a higher floor when booking, and while I understand that is not guaranteed and subject to availability, the stuff didn't seem to make any effort to satisfy the request.

It was perfect.

Everything was good, staff was helpful and we were able to checkin at the earlier time. The room had everything you need and the hotel itself is modern.

Superb location, ten minute walk to Tower of London, five minute walk to Underground (Aldgate East).There is a well stocked Supermarket across the road, and loads of eateries within walking distance.Overall a well spent four days exploring London.

Super friendly and helpful staff, an excellent, healthy breakfast, plus, a very nice room with a good deal of space for the center of London.

Overall, a great hotel, but since you asked, the beds are a bit hard. The shower was quite nice, though, and it was great that you could open the windows.

Close to Altgate East station. The fifth floor lounge was a good place to hang out during the evenings.

After hours food was difficult to find.

Location is Great! 3 minutes walk from Aldgate east station.Room was perfectly clean.The bed was comfortable.All staff members were amazing and very helpful.

Nothing everything was amazing

We both enjoyed the breakfast immensely. The staff were incredibly friendly. The facilities itself were beautiful! No doubt we’d love to come back!

Not much to be honest! The only thing I can think of was the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and I did hear people above us walking around. Otherwise perfect stay!!

The style and it was 4 min walking from an subway stop

It was only one bed I would have loved if hey had twin room also they don’t clean daily and they don’t have phones in the room to callReception so you have to go there all the time and the wait might get long sometimes for a lift. Lastly our tv didn’t have sound I told reception they told me they would come and fix it but they didn’t they came and left what I asked which was towels etc but the tv sound was still off

Nice clean and modern hotel. Our room was large, comfortable and a nice bathroom. There’s location was very close to aldgate east station and handy to get around. The room had a fridge, espresso, microwave, water, there’s free laundry as well. You can go to the 5th floor for breakfast ($10-15?) and there’s free coffee as well. Lots of restaurants nearby.

rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, and the staff especially Victoria and Renata were exceptionally kind and helpful.

lack of a trash bin in the living area and that cleaning is only done every three days, though this was mentioned in advance.

The location was great with lots of stores & restaurants, also close to the Subway. I got a free upgrade on my room which had great views, the rooms were clean, bed was comfy, internet connection was great, the gym was good & was 24hrs, laundry was convenient, the availability of refillable sparkling & still water was also a plus.

I wish the room had a microwave, although it had an oven. Breakfast could be better. It wasn’t consistently good. Somedays some food were unavailable.
