This facility is very well kept and clean. Staff is very pleasant and always help with the smile on their face. They made our stay very comfortable. I would like to say special thanks to Hotel employees.

The hotel looked brand new and was super clean. The breakfast was fantastic as well. We loved this hotel!

The staff were friendly and fulfilled our requests for extra blankets.

The sofa bed mattresses were coming apart during the night so it wasn't comfortable. The breakfast choices were limited and exactly the same every day.

Lovely and clean, staff were very friendly and an excellent location. I would stay here again if I ever needed to visit this area.

No I was happy

The location of the accommodation was excellent – two metro stations were very close, just a few minutes’ walk away. Tower Hill was also only a 20-minute walk. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The breakfast could have been more varied, as the selection was the same every day.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful, the facilities were clean and pleasing, our room was comfortable and stylish, would definitely stay again.

Lovely modern hotel located a short walk to Aldgate East tube station. Staff are welcoming and friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Our twin room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities together with a small fridge.The breakfast was most enjoyable with a good selection of hot and cold items to choose from together with fresh fruit. All the staff in the dining room need complimenting for their cheerful manner and the way they worked hard to keep the tables cleared and replenishing the food items.We will definitely return to this hotel on a future trip to London.

Staying longer.

Nice hotel in the Whitechapel district, right next to Aldgate East underground station.The rooms were great and had everything we needed.I would particularly like to mention two people who were responsible for the breakfast service; they both did a fantastic job.Their names were John and Ben, and I would give them both a 5-star rating.

The breakfast could be more varied; there was only toast, no bread.

Excellent choice at breakfast for both hot and cold choice. Waffles were amazing. Great choice of hot drinks and juices too.

The Team was exceptionally kind and helpful. Despite the high number of guests they were very attentive. The room was great as well with a comfy bed.

When the breakfast room is busy it can get quite noisy but that’s what we expected.

The personnel was very helpful and friendly. Location was super, the Underground station was very close, so it was easy to move around and explore the city. Some places were in a walkable distance. Our room was cosy and comfortable.

We weren't completely satisfied with the breakfast. Although the waffles and fruit selection was very nice, warm dishes and fresh veggies didn't meet our expectations. Sometimes the airconditioner (or it might've been something else) in our room was a bit too noisy, even when we turned it down.

Perfect location. Great value for money. Friendly staff. Lovely room. Great breakfast.

The lift was out of action meaning we had to scale 1 floor with our case. The sausages weren't nice.

The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms and common areas. The breakfast quality was far above the London average. Central location allows you to reach most important points on foot and by public transport easily. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Our room had an impressive view, allowing us to enjoy the city throughout our stay.

The staff at the hotel were the best, the breakfast was simply amazing and the hotel was neat, super but i mean it super clean. overall it was fabulous, the location was good with easy access to the metro stations and very close to the tower of London, a bit far from downtown and other attractions. but overall it was excellent!.

The hotel has an excellent location right next to a metro station, which made getting around very easy. Overall, the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of food, including plenty of fruit, and fresh waffles were made every morning. The breakfast staff were absolutely amazing — very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was clean, modern, and well equipped with everything needed, such as an iron, ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soap. In general, the hotel staff were pleasant and professional.

The only downside was that the breakfast area was very crowded every morning, and it was difficult to find a place to sit. The room also did not have much space to keep a suitcase open, so you either had to unpack completely or keep stepping around it.

Comfy rooms, very clean and safety features to access hotel and rooms. The subway was a 1 minute walk. Very friendly staff that work very hard and are very helpful.

The location was very run down across from the hotel and surrounding areas. The breakfast was quite poor quality but plenty of it.
