Hotel was very hot. No a/c and they could not supply a fan.

Clean, fabulous location close to tube, buses, shops & restaurants. Room was on the top floor so it felt warm but the air con was super efficient and cooled it quickly. Smart tv with lots of apps. Decent shower too.

Bed wasn’t particularly comfortable

Clean, quiet, cheap, comfortable, great neighborhood, wonderful and inexpensive breakfast place on the corner and minutes to tube stop and museums.

The host that greeted us was very polite, warm and friendly. Room was light, minimal and had air con. Area was lovely and had everything you needed 3-5 mins walk away if not less. Had toiletries on offer but we had our own so they weren't used but I did smell them and they smelt nice. They had a nespresso coffee machine and a kettle

The shower had 2 heads but only the small one was plumbed in. The controls were fickle and to get the temperature right, took a lot longer than it should of. Tv menu and controls were not in English so did not know how to work it and so just pressed random buttons. No decaff coffee or tea in hospitality tray and blanket on bed was dirty.

A gorgeous room in Chelsea with beautiful high ceilings and tall windows looking onto a pretty quiet street. The staff were lovely and held our bags the whole day afterwards so we could explore! The Muffin Man cafe was down the street was also idyllic for a slow morning breakfast.

Customer services and receptionists were great especially the male receptionist Denesh and Melissa. Denesh went beyond and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, happy and looked after.Was really happy with the service, the room was a good price range and in close proximity of the train station etc. The receptionist deserves recognition, as he really cares about his customers and showed great curtesy to my partner and I. He is positive, vibrant and very helpful with great manners. In hotels comfort, feeling welcomed and appreciated by staff members with a positive approach and kindness go a long way!

There is nothing I did not like about the hotel, I thought it was great. Maybe just updating and renewing the doors for the bathroom so they were quite odd to open and close.

Mattress was very soft and bad for my back

The location was excellent for the price we paid and there was ample shopping and restaurants nearby for when we wanted to just stay in the area. The reception staff were pleasant and the check in and out process was straightforward.

We could hear the people in the rooms next to us as the walls were so thin. We could hear their tv clearly as well as talking outside and people walking up and down the stairs. I would still stay here again regardless as its great value for the price.
