Kensington Prime Hotel

Beautifully appointed room. Hotel has a lift, complimentary hot breakfast, amenities that I expect in larger hotels but not in a smaller boutique hotel. Well done! Will be back.

Rooms are small, perfect for solo travel.

Breakfast was good.

Rooms were very small. Towels were ratty. Rain Shower head should be smaller. No room to unpack in rooms.

The hotel staff was professional and inviting, they cleaned our room and replaced the towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap, and refreshments daily.

I did NOT like the breakfast each morning as you could clearly tell they had reused food that had been cooked days earlier. There also wasn't enough shower gel/body lotion for the number of guests in the room.

Exceptionally quiet considering it was just off kensington high street. Very near olympia theatre for rail line into city.

TV stopped working. If I had to point out something but it really wasn't a big problem the curtains were hanging off the joining in the middle. We had a nice breakfast the first morning however on the second morning we were on the later side coming down ie 9.50am breakfast finished at 10am and we just found some of the breakfast items tasted hard/reheated.

Breakfast section was comprehensive, with cooked and continental, moreso than many, inn a well presented dining area. A good start to the day, and well done to the staff.

Our room was decent albeit compact but you get what you pay for.Shower curtain was too short so excessive water on floor.

Breakfast was a very nice surprise with cooked elements alongside the advertised continental breakfast. Good view of Olympia from the room.

Panel of 10 tiny light switches in room was unnecessarily complex and gave less control than you would expect. Heating control was good.

The hotel is located in an excellent area. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the underground, a few minutes walk to the train station. There are various shops, restaurantes and cafes in the neighborhood. The receptionists are very kind and helpful.

Small room but that is typical for most London hotels. Was ok for the one night I was thereBreakfast was poor and disappointing since I consider it the most important meal. I need a nicely filled stomach to start a long day.If you fancy a good breakfast, I would skip it here and walk 5 minutes.

Simple check in, comfortable room. Good rate. Pleasant staff when talking to them.

Smaller room than expected. Staff were very relaxed in appearance, and casual when on reception. (Bag on floor, leaning full strech) Didn't feel professional, and first impression (better impression when talking with them).And those light switches in the bedroom.Ever tried to operate them in the dark? Pointless, as you could turn on ANY of the lights waking your partner. Had to sleep with the bathroom light on to find it at night.

Nice and clean, comfy bed and pillows. Receptionists was friendly and helpful.

The light switch pad was hard to read too small, if you had poor eyesight it would be very difficult to use, we had to put our touch on our phones to see it.

Good staff, good room

The television was a good screen but very few channels to watch and a poor remote control. That was my only complaint

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location ideal for the event we attended locally. Windows very soundproofed so couldn’t hear any traffic noise. Good storage in room. Bed comfortable. Interesting array and choice of lighting in room. Good to have cooked breakfast included.

More extensive choice of tea in bedroom and at breakfast eg Earl Grey tea would have been nice. There was a very sophisticated control panel for the various lights which was so tiny we struggled to read it. Great idea in theory but needs to be a bit bigger so writing is easier to read.

Everything, honestly! The room was bigger than I expected, it had a fridge and an OK closet, it was clean and the bed was very nice - I had a great sleep. The people at the reception were lovely, breakfast was quite good and I really enjoyed the two bottles of water waiting for me in the room :)

We arrived early and was advised that we could put our bags in our room which was ready. This was super helpful to us. Lady at reception was very welcoming.

Nothing to not like

Location was great, but trains are limited to Olympia on weekdays, breakfast was great, rooms were compact and perfect, beautiful bathroom.

We just struggled getting there due to restricted trains to Olympia
