The restaurant and vegan options. Very friendly restaurant and bar staff- high quality service from a diverse, young staff. Also the bed was extremely comfortable.

Quite overpriced for the room itself. Too much effort put into knickknacks and not enough on quality accommodations and consideration of space. Trade the money they spent on stuffed animals, pillows, candies and silly wall clocks for a decent closet.

Everything, couldn't recommend enough. The location was fantastic, decor is wonderful and quirky. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff all very helpful and polite. Wish we could go back. I'll dream about breakfast on the 15th floor. Loved the window seat in my room.

This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, great staff, incredible views, and amazingly placed for a West End stay.

Exposed concrete ceilings in the rooms is obviously a deliberate style choice, but it takes away from how cosy and stylish everything else feels.

Very nice hotel, the location, the staff, the view from the restaurant in the 16th floor, they have complementary red and green apples.

There is noise from the street at night, but it is not that much noise that you couldn’t sleep.No complementary bottled water.

Lovely hotel, great location, fabulous drinks at the restaurant and rooftop bar. We booked a room with 2 double beds and we were upgraded to 2 connecting rooms. Corner room had fabulous view.

Location is really great. Also room was very comfy and had a great view. The bed was so great that we started to look for a new mattress for our home :D

There were no negative sides, really.

Very small room. The heating was lacking. There was an awful smell from the lavatory.

Lovely suite we stayed in, slept amazingly! Brilliant location & an amazing restaurant Medera, beautiful views.

The tea/coffe selections and gadgets/ accessories could have been a better. Or small touches like complimentary food in room, which adds the luxurious touch.

Fantastic decor and style, large comfortable room with great window seats. Big modern shower. Roof top restaurant was excellent

It’s a great location

The bathroom door was hard to lock. We were asked to leave the nest as they needed our table. No reason was given.

If you stay on the top floor and there is an event above it can be noisy

Beds are comfy, filtered water provided. Aroma is nice. Female front desk staff member did her best with the cleaning fiasco. Did love the robes, and nice to have slippers without needing to ask.

Room was not ready upon check-in, room was not cleaned following day (We were told this was because we had a DND sign up but this was only until 1pm). For 500+/night, despite the issues and waiting around for our room, we only had the hidden gratuity charge docked (5%) and a (not great) free drink at the bar. Was not good value for money, but we were last minute. Space was very tight with two suitcases. Noise: you can hear the rooftop bar bass until 1am.Small practical details would make a big difference in the room: more hooks for coats and towels, chair that full tucks under desk. No space under bed for case etc.

It was expensive. Teh staff were a bit mixed, some amazing and very helpful. Some less so.

Good location and great views

Noise!! Staying on level 14 - level 15 is the restaurant and bar, both nights we were there loud music(second night Xmas party was off the scale noise) was so loud you could hear all the lyrics to the songs, beat reverberating through the room. Evidently no soundproofing and unable to sleep. Next morning from 5.30am could hear the cleaners above, so very little sleep. Not quite the calm and tranquil stay expected!! Numerous complaints but little could be done apparently. A very expensive stay for not being able to sleep which is fundamental for a hotel! Think the hotel needs to decide if the hotel guests or the restaurant above are their priority!
