Eccleston Square Hotel

The staff are helpful and accommodating, the beds are very comfortable and plenty of hot water for showering.

The amazing staff, each and every single one of them went above and beyond.

It’s adverised as 5 Star, it’s maybe 4.5 . Its cute not fancy. The sink in the bathroom is a joke. You can’t lean into it bathroom is already ridiculously tiny. Even for Europe.

It was in a convenient, quiet location.

The restaurant was only open for breakfast. The rooms are TINY. Most of the staff are not well trained and speak very poor English. This is FAR from the five-star hotel as advertised!!!

Staff were not accommodating

Nothing, but what I disliked the most was (1) hotel staff and (2) the hotel room size.

The staff is very rude  who is the rudest hotel employee I have ever interacted with).

Too much technology!!!

pleasant helpful staff.

Impossible to place large suitcases in the room. Need to slide sideways through the 45cm wide opening into the shower unit. Also need to slide sideways between the end of the bed and wall. Fire alarm one evening at 11:00pm. No hot shower water next morning!

Perfect location nice room a bit on the small side. Tiny observation I would put more milk in the fridge other than 2 cartons

Comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff, good localization and it's very quiet

Feels like fun room features like frosted glass doesn't work. Heater in the bathroom also didn't work. There's lack of hangers in bathroom it's hard to get towels dry

The evening staff were unfriendly , uncooperative and unreasonable. Room was overheated and the only way to prevent it over heating was to turn it on to air conditioning which made it too cool. My room was downgraded because the only executive room category that I did book for was in the basement. They didn’t event attempt to compensate. I suggested throwing in free breakfast or at least complimentary water bottle only to get robotic, we can’t do that. They didn’t event let me switch to my category room when it did become available. They said once you pick a room you can’t change it.

Location was good and felt safe.

Friendly and helpful staff, lots of useful technology inside the room, comfortable bed, free water provided, safe area, beautiful lobby, nice soft lighting options in room, good shower and amenities

The window blind not working properly, tv in bathroom, but did not affect our stay

Very upmarket in a wonderful location

Air on in room failed and we got a rubbish nights sleep and £60 compensation

The staff was really friendly and accommodating, i was travelling alone and felt safe

I am really sad that i couldn‘t buy the room fragrance haha

All good. Forgot the name but the lady at the reception from Australia...? was very nice and professional.

Breakfast was ok... but some warm food would be welcome.

Rooms were ok

My room had noisey plumbing and a blue wall light that could not be turned off. I had to drape a towel over it. Breakfast was very mediocre. Tables weren’t laid with cutlery. No cooked option. Over priced for what it was.

Location was good, staff very friendly

No mirror anywhere near where you could dry your hair. No access to Netflix or other streaming services unless you had your own account which is misleading. Booked a superior room but didn’t feel that there was anything special about it - no balcony or large bathroom as suggested
