Pros +
- Standard room is tiny bed goes to wall of tall don’t work well
- Clean and smart , good shower comfy bed
- The room was modern, with a nice view but a bit small. It was cleaned every day and we really appreciated that. The location was good and quiet and with transportation right outside. The breakfast was very good but a few additions can be made for more variety.
Cons -
- It was expensive
- The bathroom is separated only through a glass and it is really uncomfortable, especially for a couple. Also if there was a window that could open in order to be able to have fresh air it would be really good. Finally I would appreciate it if slippers and some skincare etc was provided.
- The room was way too hot and unfortunately it was very loud in the rooms that are facing the street, we tried to switch to another room but were only able to switch to another room facing the street but on a higher floor which was slightly better.I also don’t like that the windows can’t be opened and you therefore do not get fresh air.

The room was very clean and had enough space for luggage etc. The hotel looks very nice, the location is also good as it is near to a bus station as well as underground station, with a direct line to Heathrow airport.

Satisfactory, but nothing special
The room is quite small and the bed not particularly comfortable. The lighting control is very poor and difficult work out how to turn them off.
Location next to the tube. The employees were kind.
The room was very small and the bathroom was so close to the bed with literally a glass door (with a gap)separating it. There was also mold on parts of the bathroom so with no ventilation that’s what you will be breathing in. There were cracks near the bathroom door so the water was spilling everywhere when I showered. Also I didn’t receive the voucher they were promoting.
Convenience and cleanliness
Rooms were too small, hard to manage luggage
Fantastic location close to Farringdon station
My last stay was a total disaster which indicates that this chain isn’t investing in maintenance. WiFi not working, no hot water and broken air-conditioning. This was a good hotel but it is slowly failing. Management didn’t care when I complained.
Location
Broken shower, dirty sheets and no iron/ironing board in room
Everything was clean. Breakfast was abundant with good quality.
The rooms, although are optimised, are a bit small.
Great location, clean room, excellent breakfast, staff very helpful and polite.
Room a bit tight for space
Rooms have good tech - charging points , screen mirror , electric beds Location is good, hotel is always clean.
Bar menu isn’t great , not anything substantial on it No tea/coffee machine in the room Room are very small
Location, cleanliness
Rooms were small & not easy to know where bathroom light was
Location is near Elizabeth Line and bus stops, couple of groceries in walking distance. Shower is perfect. Gym is ok, Evolve bar has amazing cocktails. Bed is comfy. Staff are good.
There is no table I had to use the sink area to take my breakfast and foods on 25cmx25cm
used cafe at hotel next door as had outdoor tables so didn't eat at Yotel
Room was a little small but well equipped and super clean
breakfast meeted our needs. our teens found every morning good food and something they like (and this was most important). staff was great. everyone was very polite and helpful. i really enjoyed
i like it all :)
Checking in was extremely ease and the location was perfect. The hotel is just 8 minutes walk from Farringdon station and the Elisabeth line, allowing direct connection to Heathrow airport. Being located at Clerkenwell, the hotel is even close to main attraction even on foot, while still away from the busy streets of the centre. Then I loved the minimal design of the hotel and the rooms that added a touch of luxury to my short stay. I'll certainly coming back and recommending to friends.
Nothing really to flag.
Clean room and friendly reception staff who were very helpful
Room was tiny, much smaller than we were expecting so had to upgrade the room as we weren’t able to get ready in it. Genuinely like a prison cell. Ok for 1 person but not 2
I enjoyed the hotel’s convenient location, just a short walk from Farringdon Station. The check-in process was easy, the staff were friendly, and the property felt new and very clean. The soundproofing was excellent, making the room quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice each morning.
It was very clean. It's the one thing they got right and it just feels out of place.
My recent stay in a "Queen Room" at this property was an experience. The "Queen" must have been from a very small, very minimalist kingdom. If you're looking to find out what it's like to live inside a shoebox while paying a premium for the privilege, this is the place for you.First, the room. Calling it cozy would be a kindness. "Compact" would be an understatement. You'll have more elbow room in a phone booth. It’s perfect for anyone who finds normal-sized hotel rooms overwhelming and thinks, "I'd love to develop a sudden case of claustrophobia." There were no windows. A lovely feature for anyone who hates the sun or knowing what time it is. And the lighting makes the room feel like a tiny disco I didn't ask for. Lots of colourful mood lamps, but good luck trying to find any useful light. Maybe it's a feature so you can't see how small the room really is.Then there's the service. The staff seem detached from the concept of time. I sent a few queries on Booking but I wish I had sent a carrier pigeon which would have been faster. The 2-day reply window is just their charming way of building suspense and making you frustrated even before your stay begins. And the price. For what this high-tech closet costs I could have booked a much better property at a much better location. The location is just okay but there's nothing interesting at within walking distance. So should you stay here? Absolutely not. Unless you're a minimalist with a trust fund who hates personal space. Everyone else can and should find a better place.
