Not suitable for people with disabilities as there was no lift available.You get what you pay for

Curtains are falling apart shower door are broken are and door lock done cheaply falling apart worried for my safety.

Great location, ease of check in and check out, hot showers, great view of street and park. Great value for money.

A little smelly on arrival in the reception and stairwell but fine the next morning and in our room. Room has some hairs and could do with a little tlc but nothing to really moan about particularly at this price.

The chap on the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, and the price was very good. Visually the housekeeping was good

My room really needed a deep clean. Horrible marks on the wall next to the bed, detritus behind and around the bed from past guests, not very hygienic. Again the housekeeping was good, but it needed this deeper clean.

The location was great 7 min walk to tube, right near shops and food places

The room was so small it was for myself and 2 children and there was literally not an inch of floor space so we had to climb over the beds to get to the bathroom which was also so tiny! Also we felt like we were being bitten all night all came back with bites on legs and bodies so I’m hoping it wasn’t bed bugs! The staff are rarely at the desk, even after ringing the bell several times there was a no show! Heating didn’t work and there was a terrible breeze coming through the window so it was freezing also very thin walls so could literally hear peoples conversations!

with Heathrow 18 minutes on a clear run wirh Uber, Bolt and tjhe esteemed Knowledge of the city's famous Black Cab Drivers' always at hand come what may. An establishment with artistry at every junctre, sitiated on a square with great hoteliers and wonderful buildings.

Carpets will no doubt be bought back to life like the recently completed back patio.

Very central location to Earls court, the room was very quiet and warm, basic facilities but it had what was needed, a kettle clean bathroom and shower and a comfy single bed.

No luggage storage

This hotel feels like a -0.07 -star property, yet it charges the price of a 2-star hotel. The room was not clean, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the overall service was disappointing. The experience did not meet even the most basic expectations for comfort and quality. For the amount paid, I expected much better standards. Unfortunately, I left very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

I woke up next day with over 15 bites all over my body . Damp all around the windows. Really bad hygiene.

Friendly helpful staff. Great value for money. Nice touches with mini toiletries, tea and coffee.Had aircon unit on the wall with digital control. Plenty of plug sockets.

Shower head could do with being replaced.

Good stay. It was my second time there. I stayed for one night only and arrived just an hour before check-out closed, but it was still worth it for a quick pit stop.

The room didn’t have a TV. I didn’t mind at all, but I had to write something in this box, so I mentioned it.

This hotel is thief

Air conditioner was broken, room was too cold and too small for 2 people. Hotel manager confirmed refund and we left from the hotel after first night but they did not approve refund on booking and they dont answer my calls anyway. I complaint to booking but did not got any result.

I liked the quietness of the place.i was on rhe third floor and i couldn't hear any traffic or noise in the hotel.really pleased with that.i liked how nice and polite the person at the reception was.

The room smelled strongly of chlorine and i had to open the window to get some fresh air.the bed was not so confortable,you can feel that is an old and very used bed.tye walls had chipped paint in some places near the bed and the drawers next to the bed were dirty.the hed frame is bigger than the matress and it is dirty.the steps are very very narrow and not so easy to climb.

Bed bugs! don’t stay here!

It’s about a 5 minute walk to Earls Court Tube Station, has plenty of pubs and restaurants very close, and is in a quiet part of town. The bed was comfortable and the staff was helpful and very polite.

INCREDIBLY thin walls, was able to hear conversations in the rooms next to me and above me. My room also had not been cleaned thoroughly and the AC/Heater was incredibly dusty (I turned it on and quite a lot of loose dust came out.

Strong internet connection, good thick duvet and lights were good. Nice in room heater

Run down and shabby. Orange mould in the shower on the grout. Mugs smelt chemical and milk expired. Bed extremely uncomfortable and the window was one pane of glass that didn’t close properly so there was a draft. TV speakers so muffly I gave up watching it. Definitely needs get a redecorate

Location is great. The staff is friendly and helpful although have trouble to communicate in English; need to learn English.

The room is tiny and dusty; don’t turn the air conditioning since it will spread the dust from the upper stand by the air condition. Dusty.
