Cons -
- I can’t say I didn’t like anything, all good in my opinion.

The shower head wasn’t really adjustable and the water temperature was unstable.
Great location, great value, great staff.
A room above basement level wouldn't have been nice.
Location is perfect. Rooms are small but comfortable.
The fact that they kept changing the towels everyday when there was no need.
Hotel was spotless, staff were super friendly and efficient, got an upgrade which was amazing, and breakfast was yummy
I didn't like that I had to leave
Location near the metro station and museums
The hotel was clearly below the usual Ibis standard. We were given a first-floor room with an unbearable smell of humidity during the entire 3-day stay. The carpet was dirty and damp, and we even found black hair when opening the bed, which was very unpleasant. The humidity in the room was so strong that I kept sneezing and had nasal discomfort throughout the stay. The room itself was extremely small, much smaller than Ibis rooms I have stayed in Japan. The lobby and breakfast area were acceptable, but the room condition was honestly terrible and far from what I expected from this brand.
value for money, clean, comfy, enough space for 2 friends in a twin, great decor in bedrooms and corridors
can't be helped due to old building but layout is like a rabbit warren! it's actually quite funny getting lost in the maze of corridors and multiple staircases!
Close to public transportation and major tourist attractions.Friendly staff
The room had balcony with view of private garden which was a highlight.Breakfast was nice.Close to the tube.Comfy bed and pillows.
Hair in the shower as well as noise from the corridor. Ac was keep turning off meaning temperature dropped to 17 degrees in the room at night.
Comfortable room, clean, great location
Rooms are described as ‘soundproof’ however there was nothing soundproof about it. Traffic noise was minimal, however I was able to hear the neighbouring rooms shower, go to the toilet, flush, cough, sneeze, slamming doors and drawers and talking. Could also hear upstairs walking around. This made it difficult to get to sleep some nights and would often be woken up in the morning to people slamming doors and talking loudly within their rooms or in the hallway outside.
The location was excellent for the V&A which was where I wanted to go The breakfast was excellent and the staff pleasant
The room was very small but I was only there for 2nights
Location was fabulous, handy for tube station. Loved the balcony room.
I booked a stay that included breakfast but when at the hotel I was informed that breakfast was not included. The staff were great and allowed us breakfast when I showed my booking but something went wrong somewhere along the line.
Quiet, comfortable bed, good shower, close to tube
Rooms quite spacious and clean. Great location for seeing show at Royal Albert Hall, also very close to Gloucester Road tube station. Nice choice for continental breakfast although a bit pricey but it is London.
Bathroom door didn’t lock, no shelf to put towels on just 1 single hook on the back of the bathroom door.
Very clean.Good facilities.Excellent breakfast choices.Comfortable.
Room a little too small.
Good location, great breakfast and friendly helpful team.
Room a little cramped
The location was the only thing I liked about the hotel
I could hear the noise all of the rooms around. The breakfast was more than poor
Superb
Heating setting (it was set on 20 degrees during night), really friendly staff though and they gave us extra blankets to stay warm:)
Staff very friendly and welcoming
room so small couldn't open bathroom door fully as bed blocked it. very little lighting
