Convenient location to public transportation

No elevator and we were placed on 3rd floor. With our heavy luggages and we are seniors , no porters to help/ assist us in our luggage?s. This was not mentioned or emphasized when we made reservation on line.

Efficient use of space. Nice toilet room. Efficient kitchen desk combo.

Refrigerator could have been colder. TV guide channel on screen, and more movies.

The staff was extremely nice, helpful and welcoming.

There were stains in the sheets even thought they were changed. Also the ceilings and curtains were stained and there were mold in the showers and sinks. Overall rooms were worn: the bed headboards were scuffed, refrigerator and air conditioning broken.

Affordable

Didn’t use fitted sheets or sheets to fit the bed resulting in sheets twisting up during the night. Room was very warm and we nor the mgmt could turn down the thermostat, so we had to keep a window open the entire time. This was quite energy inefficient

The hotel was situated in an area where it was very easy to access the train, within walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store.

Staff was okay but don't go out of their way to make you feel welcome.They do the minimum:we constantly had to ask for towels and the air conditioner kept dripping at times.There is no elevator and we were all the way at the top floor. So was not fun.

Wifi included, closer to bus transportation than tube.

Not a 3-1/2* hotel 2* at best. Room was smaller than my cruise cabin. No elevator, very poor maid service, one day my bed was never maid! Given 2 water bottle already drunk by another person. Milk left in fridge by previous guest never cleaned. Terrible

It was in a quiet neighborhood and only 10 minutes from the tube. There seemed to be staff there all night and the building was secure. Staff were polite.

The wifi did not work at all. The bed linens and curtains were stained. There was dust and dirt on floor and surfaces. Stained and dirty mugs too. The inside door lock did not work and the room was unbearably hot.

A horrible experience! This hotel can not meet the standard of 4 star. The price we paid through the booking system is much higher than the price for direct book. We were placed in a shabby twin room......

Rooms are nice and modern, and beds were comfortable. It is a very quiet hotel, with only sixteen rooms. It is a four story walk up. The hotel is a converted apartment building, it looks like a private residence from the outside. This is a two star hotel.

There is absolutely no amenities at all. There is no elevator, no lobby, and no restaurant. The hotel does not even have an ice machine or soda machine. The internet was horrible, and kept getting disconnected. The location is not safe at night.

Small London house made into very small hotel. Small, very well equipped rooms, everything you need, incl. microwave and fridge, close til TESCO market.

A cab drive from center, but for the price a bargain.

Location beside Kensington Olympia and nearby to Underground Station Kensington West and Overground Kensongton and buses (including night bus). Quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Very small "double" bed (i.e. Queen size at best).

The staff were pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good.

The room was not clean. Long black hairs in the shower and toilet. Shower did not drain, I had to turn it off, wait for the water to run and start again. Paint was peeling from the walls. This is not a 4 star establishment, it should be a 2 star.

Room was smaller than accustomed but ok in general for two.

Location. Walking distance to Barons Court, Earls Court, West Kensington. 15-20 minutes if you are happy to walk. Adequate shower, ironing board and ironing a bonus. Tea and coffee facilities in room( didn't use).

The room was compact and a little 'tired' and worn in multiple places. I took photos to ensure I recorded a few worn/ broken things as £100 refundable deposit taken to cover breakages.

Nothing much. The only thing decent was the location — it was close to transport and shops, but that’s about it.

The room was completely different from the photos. It was small, smelled bad, and looked poorly maintained. There were mosquitoes, and the floor was cracked. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the cleanliness was terrible — it didn’t feel hygienic at all. The staff said they couldn’t do anything about refunds or complaints, which made the experience worse. Definitely not worth the price.
