Easy to get to from the M25 and lots of parking

Carpets, curtains and blinds are heavily stained and so was the table clothe at breakfast. You get what you pay for so would stay here again

Location for us was good.Room was very spacious.Bed comfortable.

Didn't like breakfast.Very poor quality.Man serving breakfast on his own was more like security guard than a chef. But he was pleasant and helpful. Being run on a shoestring. Shame.Gardener cutting grass with very noisy lawnmower at 07:00 am. Ridiculous. Woke us up.

I loved that it was so quite and peaceful for my romantic weekend

The bed was extremely noisy and the carpet in the room needs updating

Towels had holes in them and all fraid, carpet was really dirty room smelt, for £80 a night much better hotels in the area

Great location and easy parking

Stains on the carpet - breakfast wasn’t that amazing and didn’t like that I had to order it the night before and give a time - minimal staff who then had to multitask just didn’t give a good impression.

it’s a nice location but the beds are to squeaky and noisy couldn’t relax but overall it’s a nice spot.

Room was small but ok for one night. Quiet location and views are nice .

Mould in shower. toilet seat very dirty on hinges needs changing asap.no hand soap and the soap in the shower was in a dirty bottle .Breakfast was inedible.

The location for what we wanted was good.some of the staff on arrival were friendly.

It needed renovating, which made the hotel appear unkempt and quite dirty in places.No shower taken as shower looked old and appeared dirty.The breakfast was under cooked and cold.The tablecloth’s were dirty with coffee stains on them.The bar appeared expensive.

very spacious good priced penthouse suite. staff were great and it was a good place to stay.

The location is not easy to find if travelling on public transport especially late at night.

All seemed clean and staff were all friendly. Location is very peaceful. Bar snacks tasty and good in lieu of restaurant being open. Good value considering location

Is generally a little dated and could do with a bit of a deep clean/repaint in places. Breakfast wasn't anything special inc bacon which was almost inedible

Checked in at night time and found the entrance outside the building dark. That's the only thing.

not ,much really to say about what we liked - as there is none. We did not have breakfast as we could not wake up on time. reason for this will be explained in the next section.

I was expecting rooms to be in a better shape for the price that we paid. - holes in the carpet- mold on the shower ceiling and paint peeling off- bed - from 60's. Cracking and making noise on the slightest twist and turn- people smoking and being loud by the front entrance - just under the room windows until 0130- party in the downstairs bar until around 0115 with a music so loud that you can never fall asleep with a room just above the bar / music- no notification about the party- no apologies or anything from the night staffOverall the experience was far from perfect and i would love to get a compensation from the hotel. At the time when i complained about the loud noise - i was asked - "Did you not get an email telling about this" - No - i did not. Wish i did as i would have changed my booking. Would love to get someone from hotel in touch on this.

Staff were friendly and very Helpful A party was on when I checked in but I was given a room at the furthest away point which was good.My Bedroom TV would not work and it was fixed immediately without fuss by 2 Helpful people

No Hairdryer in my room, Dirty toilet, No toilet Brush . Sausages for Breakfast were awful ,

It was ok but a lot of improvements are needed.

Unfortunately, breakfast was not great, the food was not tasty and even the bread did not taste fresh. I had a bowl of cereal the second day and it was better but when I included breakfast in my booking I expected a decent English breakfast. The sheets were not clean and neither was the carpet, there were stains.

we upgraded to the penthouse and it was awful it was considerably dirty ,run down, tv didn’t work rubbish down the sofas, not worth the money and ruined our evening
