The rooms were clean and hygienic and the staff made sure that we don’t face any difficulties with our stay. The rooms were cleaned everyday, with fresh set of toiletries which was wonderful.

When we arrived we needed to change our room & the hotel staff were so accommodating & sorted it all out. Great location. Beds are super comfortable!

Pool area did have used plasters etc on the floor - could have been checked and cleaned by staff more regularly Room carpet was dirty especially near where the bin was placed - drips of liquid had spilt from the bin onto the floor and wall.

Staff went above n beyond to make sure all my questions were answered right away. Such as directions to the underground, fixing the AC, calling a taxi for an early morning appointment. They always had a smile n a friendly demeanor. Modern, near the underground. The rooms n the bathrooms were big. I traveled solo.

Great modern hotel about a 10 mins walk from Canary wharf station. It was my partner's birthday so I'd asked the staff to decorate the room with balloons, she was blown away when we walked in, excellent service

The bar only sold canned and bottled lager and beer which seemed a little expensive for the sizes of the cans

The location was great as it was next to the DLR. The room was very nice and the staff were helpful.

The pillows were a bit soft for me, but that is just personal preference and not a reflection on our stay. The bed was comfortable.

One biscuit only between two, safe cupboard high up and I banged my head on it in dark so it’s not in a good place, wifi terrible, phone reception terrible

Staff super friendly, great location (near Canary Wharf station but in a quiet area). Swimming pool super relaxing, breakfast had vegan and gluten free options. Room nicely decorated and they added a few surprises for birthday which was very lovely!

The pool was not open - and our 14 year old could not use gym.

The staff were amazing all amazing, I didn’t get everyone’s names but especially Flaviana and Yasmine at the desk who despite a few technical issues handled everything in good humour.

Me and my boyfriend stayed over for 1 night, our stay was really nice and the room, food and staff were lovely. We were looking forward to the pool and other facilities but the pool and jacuzzi were very cold and the steam room wasn’t working. But otherwise we enjoyed.

Room was great, shower was excellent, bed was super comfy, pool and sauna were lovely.

Not much tea and coffee in the room, TV wasn't tuned in to many channels, fridge in the room didn't work.

Fantastic rooms with beautiful cups & saucers to enjoy a Nespresso in the morning. Staff fantastic throughout the stay,everyone you met seemed genuinely happy to chat to you. Room was exceptionally clean. Perfect location for us to visit the O2 without being right there. Extremely comfy beds. Soft fluffy towels. 10/10 would recommend & would book again without hesitation.

Fridge was not working. Wifi also not working. The following day, when we asked the reception, they gave us another wifi connection ( should have advised us upon check in) but that wifi also stopped working on the third day. They should put in more towel bars in the bathroom.

We stayed here for the Usher concert and arrived at the hotel early, as the room was ready we were allowed to check-in which was brilliant! It's central, nothing was too far away and the bed was so comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast - amazing!! fresh, great quality and choice. Shout out to lovely lady in the kitchen who made my omelette and served the pancakes, she was so attentive and happy and couldn't do enough to assist (and made an amazing omelette)Room - Excellent quality, none of the usual shabbiness found on closer inspection in some nice hotels. Very well maintained. Great sized rooms and very comfortable bed.

Pool/gym facility was great and very well maintained/clean, but the actual pool tiles would benefit from a good clean. Would have appreciated having 2 packs of biscuits and 2 of each of the coffee ranges in the room considering the room was a double. Only 1 of us could have the decaff coffee pod and only 1 pack of biscuits to share (only a small criticism)
