Great location near museums and quick access on tube into central London. Friendly staff and good sized rooms.

The location of this apartment is wonderful.

I found the living room furniture in the room we were in a bit dated and it made the apartment feel a little unclean. Honestly, it was all clean, just looked a bit tired. The building was doing renovations, so perhaps that won’t be an issue in other rooms or moving forward.

We stayed in the penthouse suite which was phenomenal. All the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the staff operates the facility like a hotel with daily room cleaning and changing of the towels/sheets.

Like any pre-war apartment building in Westminster, the "lift" was small and slow - requiring a few trips to get all our bags up to the flat. This is a "know before you go" point more than anything else and not a specific issue with The Harrington. The staff helped us with our bags, just like a bellman at a high-end hotel.

Tiny elevator that sometimes breaks down

Excellent location near the Gloucester Tube station, restaurants, pubs and grocery store. We stayed in room 306 with large windows, a king bed, walk-in shower and a kitchen. The elevator was also a plus.

The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. The wooden bed frame stuck out and was somewhat difficult to walk around (only a narrow space between the foor of the bed and the wall).

+ Location. Very close to Gloucester Road tube station. And to the museums, if that is of interest. + We had a 2 yr old with us. A crib was made available as requested. + Dishes washed every day+ The fridge and a well equipped kitchen were very handy + Overall helpful staff+ Prior to arrival, all my questions were answered promptly and fully + Good value for the space and location provided

- They were remodeling the lobby but the noise level and disturbance was kept to the minimum- The room we stayed at (204) did not have a lot of lightNot a negative but a friendly suggestion: Some hooks in and around the bedroom or the entrance would have been handy - to hang up coats etc.

bed was very uncomfortable i slept the whole 10 nights in the sofa which was hot no ac and the window shields is very light noise from everywhere , the bathroom door was very heavy to open and close and there was no privacy it was glass door that doesn’t close completely .

Location. Nice bathroom. Nothing else.

Refrigerator was an issue. We booked a room with a full kitchen to save money, but it was a challenge. When we arrived, the refrigerator wasn’t working (i.e., it wasn’t cooling). It was fixed and worked properly for a couple of days, but then went back to no-cooling mode. Very frustrating. Also, the walls are “thin.” We could hear what was going on in rooms beside and above our room.

The Harrington's location just off Kensington yet easily accessible is wonderful and worth the price you pay for. Large studio with separate kitchen that keeps out cooking smells encourages a lengthy home stay. The staff is available 24/7 as befits a aparthotel and very accommodating.

The units facing the back are quiet but the emergency exit and landing runs across the back and the wall lights can flood the room so the curtains need to be always drawn close. No laundry washing machine in the units but they can help do a laundry run for you affordably. We were on the top floor and the cleaning equipment clutter the lift landing which is not very professional looking.

Your staff, from the manager to Louisa, Mave, Lazerina, Ayesha, Ron and the entire cleaning crew. Without exception, everyone was always polite, cheerful, and ever ready to help. One cannot help but notice that the hotel staff genuinely likes and respects one anotherI have never seen a cleaner hotel room and bathroom, everything was sparkling and squaky clean.

I believe the sofa is ready to be retired. The bathroom sink is much too small and doesn’t have a stopper for the drain hole.

Great location. Staff availability was super, bed comfortable and having the living room and kitchen is a plus. Knocked one point off because the lighting in the bathroom and living were very dim and hard to see.

Location close to Gloucester Rd tube which takes you direct to Heathrow on the Piccadilly Line

Carpet was durty in the hall ways. Elevator was tiny and slow but at least there was an elevator.

Electricity kept blinking on and off. It was not resolved during our day.We saw a mouse in the hallway. A condom was left in the trash. The pillow was smelled bad very disappointed in this overall considering how much we spent. Is there an opportunity to get some type of compensation?

Ok. Clean and decent, but do not count on A/C or a hair dryer amenities.

A/C wasn't working (early September) and when it was communicated with us, it was too late to change plans. No hairdryer in the room as stated. Apartment size was fine for two people. Our room deposit wasn't returned to us at the end of the stay, we got a phone call to settle our deposit over the phone which is difficult as we were in the middle of traveling. Overall, it was ok.

Roominess of apt. Well equipped bathroom, good furnishings. Fail cleaning was very good. You felt safe and secure at the Harrington.

Not much

The rooms are spacious and functional. The kitchen set up works if one has to eat in to manage a restricted diet. They do supply salt, pepper, tea, instant coffee and little cups of milk. The linens are very good. The 24 hour staff is helpful and friendly. The area in general is lovely and quiet. There is a very good supermarket nearby and excellent transportation by bus and the underground.

Although they don't amount to much, there are some quirks. Access to the drawers and safe in the closet is impeded by a piece of heavy furniture. You have to close the kitchen door to use the microwave or oven. The access to the yoga and pilates classes is only via the CatnCow website, separate from the hotel, and I was unable to register after many attempts, so no classes.

The location was terrific - right by the subway station with lots of cafes around. The apartment had everything we needed.
