Pros +
- The hotel is very nice to stay in as a solo traveler. The location is amazing, only a 5 minute walk to paddington station, can easily take the tube or the bus anywhere. Hyde park is also a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff were so kind and nice. Telvina was very wonderful and gave me complimentary breakfast which was nice.
- Very clean & great location
- Perfect location and the staff was very helpful and kind.
Cons -
- It was already made clear but the room was really small, it didn’t matter much to me because i was out most of the time and only came back at night to rest which wasn’t a big issue fir me. There wasn’t a wardrobe to hang clothes though.
- Small rooms but still very cozy
- The room was very small. No space to walk with a big luggage in it.

Perfect location and the staff was very helpful and kind.
The room was very small. No space to walk with a big luggage in it.
Rooms not as clean as I had previously experiended. Room was cold. Bathroom moldy. Peleton bike was not working.
Inhabit's rooms are always neat and comfortable, filled with ammenities. The Cozy room is rather small, but totally functional.Location is also superb.
Really enjoyed my stay at Inhabit Southwick Street. The hotel was quiet and very clean, which made it easy to relax. The coffee at reception was nice, and the staff were friendly and always greeted you when coming in or heading out. There’s a cozy library room where you can just chill and relax. I also loved that the windows in the room actually open to get some fresh air in the room.Just a small note: the rooms tend to be quite small, and there are a few doors separating rooms on each floor (only three floors though), but it wasn’t an issue at all.The location is great — the Sussex Green bus stop is less than a minute away, Hyde Park is about a 10-minute walk, and Oxford Street is around 20 minutes on foot. Would definitely stay again.
Cozy property, welcoming staff, clean rooms.
Location was excellent.
The room was very small, and since there was no shower curtain, water went everywhere. The window insulation was poor, so we were cold at night. There also weren’t enough power sockets.
Great proximity to paddington station, comfortable beds. Generous check-in and check-out times.
Very limited storage for clothing, a few hanging hooks and baskets would go a long way. Small bed. Small shower.
Clean
The reception staff were always preoccupied and the there was a strange smell in the reception area. The lift was not working. The building is like a rat warren with small corridors and rooms. The pillows on the beds are exceptionally hard.
Free fresh fruits, fresh water and coffee are served . Well decorated rooms with all the necessary
Some room are in the basement or ground floor on thr inside with no windows looking outside
The location was good & the staff was helpful
1) The bed was sandwiched against a wall & not enough room to move it out so one person had to crawl in & out through the bottom of the bed2) The window could not be opened 3) The HVAC (whether on fan only or cool) system kept turning itself off during the night which made the room stuffy & kept waking us up
A very friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings. Great breakfast
The staff and the cleanless of the hotel was good
The rooms were small and there was moisture issue. The first room we stayed had no windows.
Staff were excellent. Welcoming, helpful and happy to go the extra mile (eg providing breakfast to go when I was short of time). Decor and style was a good blend of modern and cozy. Room was quite small but absolutely normal for central London. Able to take a work zoom call on the WiFi. Short walk from Paddington, just enough to be out of the noise but very close.
The rooms are extremely well-appointed except for their very small size.
The rooms are too small for a hotel purporting to promote "wellness." It felt claustrophobic. The AC went out in the middle of the night, and no one could ever explain why.
very well designed room with ample storage, common spaces were also comfortable. Well prepared vegan breakfast with several choices. Located just blocks from Paddington station which made getting to Heathrow simple.
The staff and the location. Great the were offering private parking on the premises.
Would be great if they could offer the possibility to charge the EV car. Public charging is not available to non-residents in the area.
Great location
I sent the following email to the hotel and never had a reply. Hi unfortunately I was quite disappointed by my stay this time. I booked the deluxe room with an extra large bed but when we arrived were told you were fully booked and they didn’t have any of the room type I had reserved available. We were put downstairs with a standard size double bed and there was a security light outside our window that went on and off all night. I don’t think I should be charged more for a room type I never got. I didn’t want to make a fuss yesterday as your colleague was clear there was no option as you were full and I didn’t want to spoil our evening. Please can this be looked into and a partial refund issued?
It was clean, compact and the staffs were very friendly.
