Floor was sticky, sheets were rough

The hotel night manager was very friendly. The hotel is in a cool neighborhood.

Almost all rooms are without windows. The hotel is closed without anyone available after 7 pm. The rooms are moldy and if you have even the allergy problems you are sure to almost suffocate here. Hotel does not honor your requests you made in advance.

The location was great. Close to the subway and shops/restaurants.

The room did not meet the expectations I had given the listing pictures etc. The bed was rock hard with thin blankets which made it difficult to sleep. The shower had a rain shower head in a tiny walk in shower making it really difficult to shower.

Excellent location for strolling around Hyde Park and Notting Hill, Portobello Road – good underground junction just a few minutes away. Supermarkets and pubs nearby as well as cafés for breakfast/lunch, etc.

Could be cleaner, the zebra carpet in the corridor was very stinky

Kitchen, washer/dryer....very nice accommodations. Centrally located to the underground, shopping and restaurants.

Location. Close to Tube station (Bayswater and Queensway). In a residential neighborhood, however, lots of restaurants, markets near-by.

The apartment suites had most amenities, however, the washer/dryer was below par and didn't do its job well. The space was well utilized, however, there is little head-room, especially up the stairs at the bedroom level.

I enjoyed the location. The street was clean, well lit, near many restaurants and shops, and 2 Underground stations. It was also a short taxi ride away Paddington station. The staff was super friendly as well.

The room was a little small, but not small enough to keep me from returning as a guest in the future.

Small room, very small bathroom without heating.

The location is great near all transportation and at the same time at quiet place. The room was clean when we checked in. The amenities are good almost everything you will need. Bed was comfortable. Room space was great. There was an elevator which is great. The stuff is nice. They accepted to left our luggage after checkout.

It should be serviced apartments but the room hasn’t been cleaned during our stay and they only take the garbage out and even they didn’t do that for 2 days during Christmas, even when we left the unclean towel on ground to be changed, they left it in place for the whole stay. The room was under ground where we couldn’t enjoy the view, specially when stayed inside due to cold weather. We requested another room but it wasn’t available, I understand that it maybe shown in photos when booking but I have to mention what I didn’t like. Lighting in the room was weak and there was one ceiling light not working and we told the receptionist but didn’t fix it. The toilet is very narrow and its place not good beside the bed and the ventilation wasn’t great. The heater wasn’t working but they gave us 2 movable heaters and they was enough to make the room warm. There is no restaurant or cafe at the hotel but there is plenty of them around and can make orders online.

Near lots of restaurants, groceries, and shops, and a short train or bus ride to everything else. The staff were very kind, and the room was great. No complaints.

Room was spacious.Location was closeby the bus station and Paddington Station and Bayswater Station.

Avni, the manager, was always sure to greet us and ask how everything was. He was also very responsive any time we had questions/concerns. We were in our apartment for two weeks and really enjoyed the stay. The aparthotel is located in a very nice, safe and quiet residential location, close to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very kind and responsive.

The kitchen was great to have, but could have used a few more “updated” supplies.

Great hotel with friendly staff and loads of amenities in the room, in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to Notting Hill and Kensington, not too far from Queensway.

The room wasn't very big and different from the photos - even though this was clearly communicated in advance. Especially the bed itself was smaller than expected for two people.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and very comfortable, providing plenty of space to relax. I was impressed with the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. Another big plus is the location, the hotel is just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and accessibility!

Great location and very friendly staff!The room was spacious, and the mattress was super comfortable. There was even a washing machine available, though we didn’t use it.The soundproofing was surprisingly good, and we didn’t experience any of the issues we’ve had in other similar apartment hotels ( with thin doors). Everything here worked exactly as it should. The building also has a lift, which was very convenient.Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and we truly enjoyed our stay!I am waiting for my next stay here!Thank you!

great location, surface level cleanliness, kitchenette, washing machine

the basement room next to the cleaners' cabinet is extremely loud, you could hear every person passing on the street, coming and going inside the building, as if there was no sound proofing at all; cleanliness is surface level only (ie. there were clean sheets and floors), but look beyond a bit and you find mold on the soap dispenser, dirty carpets in common areas, grime between mirrors, dirt stuck in cracks on the window sills, what have you

Great location, convenient kitchenette. Everything was great.

My only complaint it is that it seems that some people were smoking inside the building. So if you’re sensitive to cigarette smell, might not be the place for you. Although I could not smell it from my room. It was mostly in the lobby area that smelled strongly.
