no tea/coffee facilities, no shared kitchen as it says in description, showerhead holder broken [and has been for a long time], TV fixing position means it is not possible to watch it in bed [room chair not suitable for sitting long periods]

It was in a great location and had an underground station very close by so getting around the city was easy and convenient.

The hostel rooms are extremely small, it was just 2 of us but we had barely any room to move around. There is no lift so if you have luggage it¿s extremely difficult to lug it up the stairs, there¿s at least 4 flights of stairs and they¿re very narrow.

Great location, efficient and courteous welcome. Very good shower in the room, and great value for where it is.

The window and blind were pretty poor in quality, so not good for noise or privacy.

The location is amazing, the rooms are space enough for short stays.

The communal kitchen is well equipped but is located in a dark non ventilated basement. You have to wash your own utensils and share them with other guests. No tea or water is provided in each room, you have to buy your own and go to the basement to use the communal kettle.

Checked in late- Sudhir was kind and helpful with WhatsApp and availability.Location is great, bathroom and shower were above expectations.

The room was dirty! Dust all over, leftover food under the bad, mould and food marks on the walls- very uncomfortable!! Must be attended. When that’s fixed the place is recommended.

Room extremely small, stayed here last November and had a spacious room. If I’d known all rooms were not the same I should’ve requested a larger room.

Great location but accommodation in disrepair. Also, when we arrived I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to check around check in and baggage drop. Emailed and called several times so we were left standing at the accommodation for 45mins until someone arrived. There were other guests in the same boat.

Great location, walking distance to soho and British museum. Very helpful staff and great communication.

Plenty of space for family visitors.

Hey, I arrived and although the pictures of the room I rented were with a desk to work on, plus I asked the staff about it and they confirmed it by message, when I arrived there was no desk whatsoever (which I needed for work). They "solved it" making me pay an extra for a room with a desk. I did it and I told them I'd need a receipt for that. I paid with my company card because I was traveling for business. I've asked and received the main receipt but I am not getting anything about the extra, they just ignored that I clearly stated it in the message and keep ignoring me. It feels freaking shady.

The bathroom was moldy beyond belief and there was no hot water the first day. I left a night early. The floor was not taken care of and felt dirty. Avoid.

I had to rush across London to check in as they were not gonna be there which was frustrating

The property itself was modern, the stairways and the carpet were newly put down and painted. The bathroom was also modern

From the moment we walked in the atmosphere of the place was very cold, the lady on the door was unhelpful and very blunt. The door to the room was very hard to lock, the lady on the reception was trying for about 10 minutes to open the door as it was very stiff which made us feel very uneasy about locking the room both at night and when we went out in the day as we didn’t know if we would be able to get back in or if we would get locked in the room. She even got me to try and open it which was highly unprofessional as she is the worker and she should have been able to do it herself, she also wasn’t apologetic in the slightest to the fact that the door was very hard to open and unlock. The room itself was dire, the bed was placed in the middle of the room, it was also significantly smaller than shown in the pictures, the floor was very slanted and the bed just looked out of place. There was a chair against the wall that was peeling leather, it looked very bad and out of place. There was no sign of comfort in the room at all, I am very disappointed as it looked so nice in the pictures.

Good location, newly appointed and very clean, can't argue with the value. Nice to have a full kitchen available too.

Room was very hot on a not very hot day.

The location is really ideal! Charlotte street has a lot of life, nice restobars. Cute neighbourhood.

The room was small and very hot. There were some small stains on the sheets. The bathroom door had some stuff that looked like mold or paint that was scraping off. The shower had a part of it that was rusting.

Rooms are not what they show in photos, there is no table and chairs in double bed. Rooms.It's nothing like a hotel. Reception desk is mostly closed.

the location was very central and the self check in is simple and you can check in at every hour

the room wasn’t like the photo , it was very small and dirty the bathroom as well.there is no cooker in the kitchen , there is just a microwave they told us that the kitchen with the cooker in the picture is no more available .We did 5 nights there and they never came to clean the room or to tidy up the bed or even change towels and we just had two roll of toilet paper

The location is great near all transport facilities

Near ongoing construction site . Expect some noise in the morning . Water heater in the bathroom doesnt have a big capacity.The stove isnt working and you will clean the place yourself

Great value family rooms in a lovely area

No bedside lights and can be noisy if guests bang doors.

I've stayed here a few times now, and it gets better every time .now have a reception and was greeted at the door and shown to the room. Great location and not a bad price for London

Bathroom needs a little tlc but nothing major
