- Fantastic room and an excellent location. Convenient to train station and water taxis.
- Our room was beautiful,clean and quiet, plus the location is at a perfect crossroads of shops, restaurants, a water bus stop and train station. Full breakfast was very good. They kept our bags until check in time and offered the restroom.

- They shut off air conditioning about 2 weeks ago and the room was stuffy
- The door to the room was difficult to close. When we came back to the room after it had been cleaned, the door was not fully closed and anyone could have gone in and taken our things.
- I booked 2 rooms with breakfast(at least it said on website). But hotel provided ONLY my parents breakfast then charged everyone in our group. I tried to explain we should have breakfast and we three did not eat. Staff attitude were so bad to respons
