The place was very charming on the outside and the staff very nice.

We were put into hotel room number one. It is the smallest hotel room I have ever been in in my entire life. I was very disappointed with that.

The room WAS clean.....I will give it that...

1. No one was on-site when we arrived.(which by the way the time was approved online by the owner)2. Took us over 3 hours to finally get into a room which was by the way not until after 10:00 pm.3. The room was freezing.! The air conditioner wasn't winterized yet so there was a very cold draft coming in until my hubby covered it all with towels. The bathroom had no heat source so don't get me started about how cold the toilet was. Definitely too cold to shower.4. Booking.com listed this place as having a coffee pot in the room so therefore we assumed there would be something to drink from so we bought a 2 litre bottle of pop to only find out there wasn't anything to use and no coffee pot..!!5. There were no shampoos, conditioners, soaps,....nothing.This was a last minute decision to stay so obviously we had none of those things with us. We even slept in our clothes..!!I have to say also that I did call booking.com after about 45 mins of not being able to reach anyone at the motel. We were told that they would call us back in 30 mins to let us know if they were able to reach the owner or not and if not that they would set us up in another motel in the area with no charge and we would get our money back as I prepaid. We went to a local establishment to hang out until we heard something. I was told I would receive an email letting me know what was happening. My phone is linked to my smart watch and I get all notifications there so I won't miss anything. Nothing came. At 10:00 I decided to look at my booking.com app messages and sure enough there was a message from the owner of the motel telling me that there was a key in a lockbox and he gave me the code. Now I had to spend half an hour looking for a lock box as he didn't tell me where it was. Needless to say....by the time we were able to sleep after working on the air conditioning it was well after midnight. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The location was convenient. Room was very clean. Staff were lovely.

The beds were not comfortable. We stayed in room 6. Our team had rooms 1 through 5. Room number 1 could not be stayed in due to the smell of smoke/ musty. So that was disappointing.

Thay had space for us to park a big uhaul truck and let us in our room early. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Nice place to stay, quiet and good value for the price. Big room and comfortable beds. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room I originally was booked in was very cold and the heat would not come on. The manager checked and agreed there was an issue with the heat, so moved me to another room. Would recommend staying here.

From check-in to check out the motel staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was central for stopping and starting adventures in the valley.

The room was very clean and well equipped with all we required. The pillows were plentiful and soft. The Owner/attendant was very friendly and helpful with local information. It was close to a very good Family Restaurant, 'The Big Scoop' at which we ate 2 meals.

We did not like the noise from the Humidifer Fan in Bathroom. Would like to see more electrical plugs for charging electronics etc. Found the TV very hard to hear even with wearing Hearing Aids. No control of Volume.

The manger was lovely and helpful. Our room seemed to be clean. It seemed to be quite quiet.

The mattresses were horrible. Our "deluxe double room consisted of a double bed and a single cot. Both had awful mattresses and pillows.. there was nothing deluxe about this room. It was quite outdated. With the single cot at the foot of the double bed theee wasn't much room to walk. The motel did not look much like the advertising photos. Only one washing machine was working.

This motel was clean and spacious and had a fridge and microwave. There was a pool as well.

I was charged double the usual rate as it was the holiday weekend.

Comfy,clean, friendly...and location was great.

Husband didn't like the hot breakfast...cold hard boiled eggs that needed to be heated in microwave and waffles he doesn't eat...but I liked it ...Price was a bit high 191. For a motel...40 to 50 higher than most places. On our 2023 trip around NS.

Friendly service, reasonable price

room was extremely humid, perhaps a small dehumidifier coupled with the air conditioning may alleviate this. Then again this is constantly affected by the local weather.

Room was spotless clean. It was big. Plenty of room. Shower had lots of room. Bed, mattress, and pillows were ultra comfortable.

Air conditioner was directly beside me blowing on me while I slept no matter how I adjusted the direction of the airflow. I didn't enjoy that. Hot water was difficult to get at times. TV channels were terribly limited. I think they would be better off having a firestick and a subscription to Netflix or something. Toilet should be upgraded to a higher height model for people with mobility needs. Population is aging.

Beds comfy, room was clean smelled good and close to many attractions we wanted to see

Tv remote didnt work for tv(couldnt change volume) Pool too deep for young children( but I still did enjoy the pool area just hard with my young children )

They accomodated us for late check in because the flight was delayed. The staff was wonderful and the room was comfortable. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and stores so it was easy to shop.

The room was very clean and tidy, bathroom adequate size. Staff at check-in and check out were very friendly and helpful
