Convenient and clean

$---- outrageously expensive for a mid calibre hotel in small town Gander Nfld. At first thought ‘Come from Away ‘ musical playing there was driving up demand &price but staff said much vacancy. Last 2 yrs I paid $--- approx.per nite. Wihere

Very comfortable rooms and great hotel staff. Well organized and space for your toiletries in the bathroom.

I just wish the room was brighter

My experience was not great. Asked for an accessible room ended up on the 2nd floor at the very end of the hotel and had to get my disabled father up 6 stairs to get to our room. Then they gave another family a key to our room and they walked in on us

Conveniently located

Lots of dust and dirt behind the refrigerator etc I dropped my phone cord behind the fridge. It was dirty down there

the location was easy to find

the TV was dying, we had to move to another room because the air conditioner was defective, the male staff member was not at ALL knowledgable, the coffee maker died, the breakfast buffet was barbarrick...poor design everyone all on top of everyone.

Nothing , the manager was rude . I came 20 min before 4 pm check in and was greeted rudely . I was told my room would not be ready till 5:30 don't came back till then I told them that didn't work for me . I said time on reservation was for 4 she told me

That's when start but can be anytime . Than said see you at 5:30 was travelling with seniors that needed a room take meds and nap . Now fighting get refund as I didn't stay

I have stayed in several hotels over the past few months and have often been disappointed with some aspect however, my stay here was excellent. From the staff at check in/out, to the server in the restaurant Everything was great. A true 5 star experience.

Everything was excellent except the fan in the bathroom did not function but that did not affect my stay.

Location was great. Room was good.

Called the desk about the people in the rooms around us partying and smoking weed. They sent someone up to check but didn't do anything about it. It was very unpleasant having to leave the room multiple times because of the smell of weed filling the room

The room was clean , nice looking and the bed comfortable.

The way they do breakfaat , the long wait , to finaly make your own toast and waffles .

Lack of sound control between rooms. I was awoken by snoring from another room in the middle of the night and couldn't get back to sleep because of it.

yes they don't let me know about booking an appointment for the pool I was very disappointed with not being alow to use it. why adversary if it cannot be use. thank-you for your time

The bed was terrible, I was almost on the floor. very high prices to get a decent room with a good bed.

We used the guest laundry which was nice to have. It only had 1 washer and dryer though which was not great. The dryer didn''t seem to work well and took more that 3 cycles to dry clothes. We did1 load of wash which took over 3 hours to do because of thi

Located right on the highway and easy to find. Was convenient to our needs.

weird room location - had to go from inside one building out a back door and back inside another building to get to our room. Room keys had to be reset.

The restaurant was great and the complimentary hot breakfast was good.

The room was extremely small. The bathroom didn't have a full size tub. The toilet was loose on the floor, and the lock on the inside of the main door didn't work properly. Only for the fact that we were so tired from traveling, I would have asked to move
