Cons -
- On ground floor and the floor above us was very squeaky as people walked across. Fellow guests were very loud. Sounded like a herd of elephants.
- Lack of fresh fruit at breakfast aside from a few apples. The ¿scrambled ¿ eggs were the usual breakfast buffet crumbled eggs which are just not appealing or tasty.

The staff and the breakfast. The manager gave us to read her own personal binder on the hotel's experience during 9/11. Everyone was very helpful and friendly
The key card did not work easily and each time we tried to enter our room we had to go to the front desk for help.
