The staff! Friendly, helpful and kind.

It was quite a bit out of the way - but they were willing to take my service dogs (some places didn't, which is illegal). The other thing was the noise during the day - there was something that sounded like a person on a treadmill or something.

This is a quaint Hotel with 8 rooms large kitchen and lounging area off the main highway

Definitely a hostel, not a four star hotel.

We were the only guests, didn't have any problems checking in / out

This is above the cafe right on the road, so it is easy to get to. They don't have staff on site once the restaurant is closed, so check in is by a certain time as the staff go home. Things are extremely clean with a full kitchen so you can cook for yourself. There is a large lounging area off the kitchen to relax in. The room I was in had a fan, bed, chair, bedside table and lamp with an alarm clock, so basic but very comfortable.

I didn't find anything to say I didn't like. I was only there 1 night. I got there after check in time and the staff that does the late checking hadn't been told to expect me but was very pleasant and accommodating. They only took 4 or 5 minutes to arrive at the location to help me out.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating to our arrival time, which was slightly later than their operating hours. The checkout process was super easy with a key drop, and the room was clean and cooled with AC. the bathrooms were clean with soap and shampoo provided, we had a private bathroom but the common use ones were spotless as well.

The outer appearance of the inn is definitely deceiving when compared to the inside. I wish we were able to stay longer to make use of the common area and kitchen. The parking could have been indicated better.

Awesome place. Plier property but very clean. The common kitchen and living area is so relaxing. The staff is great and the restaurant downstairs is a plus. I will definitely stay there again if I travel the area.

The staff were wonderful - welcoming, informative. It had a living/dining room at our disposal, plus laundry facilities and a full kitchen.

It seemed the walls were thin - noisy, both from other guests, plus sounds coming from the restaurant below. The wi-fi signal was weak unless you were in the common area.

A good basic room with most of what we needed. It was very hot when we were there and there weren't enough air conditioners to go around. Lovely big kitchen for cooking your own food and a comfortable and large shared dining room and living room for chatting or games. Located over a restaurant and pizza place - handy. Located at the ocean front. Access to laundry was awesome.

It was a little warm but it was a super hot summer to be fair. Sleeping a little uncomfortable and the bed was a bit soft for me. But everything worked and the staff were lovely.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen dining room and living room area was a plus. The town of Botwood is very cute and has at least 15 historical murals. Also has nice air flight Museum.

I liked it all.

Glad we had a private bathroom. Several rooms had shared bathrooms. We just needed a place to sleep and it served that purpose.

The pillows were almost flat.
