Worst experience of a hotel stay ever

Everything.Outdated .Moldy .Very unhygienic.They never washed bedsheets

Gambling Machines and Staff Ok

Yeah it smells like pee in the hallways and entrance way.

Everything about this hotel I didn't like. Like you can check the Google Review on how bad this place is. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes and sweat. Broken appliances, door lock doesn't work, rude staff that was yelling at me to disturb her sleep.

I demand full refund for this motel otherwise I won't book with you anymore.

they gave me the worst room they had, the microwave was broken, the furniture was badly damaged!! the pillow cases and the bed cover had cigarette burns all over! The window had no mash but other rooms had!! the towels were dirty. Horrible experience

Everything. The room as terrible, the beds uncomfortable, the smell of mild was very strong, not maintained at all, towels were ripped. Absolutely disgusting

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The two rooms I booked were clean. The motel is a walking distance from dining places (Tim Hortons, A&W, McDonalds, Shawarma, etc..)

Very old bed sheets and bad smell. Old furniture. Should be renovated.

It's a real big room, a lot of space. Has a fridge and a micro.

That Hotel should not be a not even a medium classified as a HOTEL it is a WORKING CONSTRUCTION OR A HOUR SCHEDULED HOTEL IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. THERES WAS NO TOWELS NO TOILET PAPER ETC, ETC. NOTNHING A BED A TV AND A SHOWER TUB.THAT'S IT.NO NO THANK'S.

Room wasn't clean. Years old dusty carpets. Beds had bedbugs. (I have the pictures) Worst stay so far!

for the price, it's not cheap.It's also far from the city. On the top of that, it's not clean: the carpet is dirty and smells bad , TV not working

Very poor or actually no service at all , I ask for extra pillows they want to charge 10$/ pillow and also want charge for the kids ages 6 & 3 years although they mention in their policies that children under 12 years old free of charge

Too far like in the country side..; room are very old and Air Conditioner is old and loud, we can't sleep; their bank machine is very poor can't connect to the bank; we had to pay cash

Took to long to get in. Couldn't get my deposit back as of yet.

Nothing in the room...not even coffee machine..poor room
