The place was clean and the room spacious.

The staff dont like the kids. They did not have the right to laugh high in the spa at 3 pm, we were alone, no strangers. The maid even ask one kid to wipe the floor cause there were water !

Comfortable beds, friendly and approachable front desk staff, clean and in great condition. The gym was a decent size and had lots of options and the jacuzzi/hot tub was a highlight after all the skiing. Easy walk to Mckintosh Pub and Caffeine & Co. for morning coffee. Right next to a bike/walking path that connects to next town.

the traveling did not go very well for us,,,,never got at the hotel until 8:00 approx.at the hotel,,,,we were exhauted after more than10 hrs of traveling,,,when to bed and need to have a drink of water and nothing in the refrigerator,,,,,the first time we book a hotel that they did not provide a couple of bottle of water,,,,

i cannot say the room was nice but everything is a la carte but do not seem to get out their way to accommodate the clients

The customer representatives were awesome. Specially Julie & Marc they were so helpful and friendly they made our check in so beautiful! Please keep them happy at your hotel. Also the girls from breakfast were amazing.The beds were so comfortable and the curtains were all blocking the light which was a plus travelling with a kid . We like the pool a lot but it seems that always was full of bugs on the floor and floating , they should have the pool hours till 9 or 10pm my only big complaint.Really beautiful hotel in a great walking distance 5min to a gas station and restaurants. Parking is included and right in front of the property Granby Zoo is 15min driving from there )

I wish the pool hours were later than 8pm I wish the cleaning stuff put more attention to the cleaning of the rooms like floors were dusty and dirty and the bathtub looks like they forgot to clean it was full of hair all over and I had to clean it when I was in the room. I mentioned this to the cleaning stuff when I left but they were all teens working with headphones on and maybe they are distracted when they do? I just hope the manager supervise the cleaning of the rooms in a meticulous manner from now on. The rest of the room look clean and nice.The tv could it have been more update to access to Netflix speciallly with children travelling. The WiFi password should it be in accessible place in the room , we had to call reception to get it.

The breakfast was better when it was not a Hilton ; there used to be to be banana bread and things like that made by the kitchen

Bed very comfortable, loved the blackout shades. Hotel just recently beautifully renovated

Our room was facing busy road but was quiet by 10pm

Staff was considerate and professional. Hotel is located walking distance to two good restaurants.

Bathroom sink drain was partially clogged. Breakfast was mediocre.

Internet was a problem. The idea that breakfast buffet is the only restaurant option. We like something but not $40 between the two of us. We spent $6 at a boulangerie/patisserie.

Location was easy to get to from the highway. Close to the village for shops and restaurants. Hotel is amazing for the price and amenities. Very modern decor and amenities that suit the way most people travel. Rooms are spacious, well lit and bathroom is big. Breakfast was all one needs with hot and cold choices and a great selection of beverages. The dining room is pleasantly located with a view of the outdoors and pool area. Front desk staff were pleasant and available to answer questions and make recommendations for dinner. Would highly recommend.
