Hotel Chateau Bromont

Belle hôtel, par contre nous avons eu une très mauvaise chambre à cause de son emplacement. Les employés sont très gentils. Belle terrasse ! J'y retournerai mais dans une autre chambre

Nous avons eu accès à la chambre avec 60 minutes de retard. La chambre était entre l'ascenseur et les escaliers.

Fire place; nice interior and hot tubs.

Breakfast very US style, all preheated. We didn't consider it worth $ 29 per person.The building is aging, and pipes have started clogging.Not enough staff to deal with long weekend peak demand.

Staff were really nice, shuttle was excellent, and the hot tubs were clean and lovely

Breakfast was too expensive for what it was, and the last night there were 2 floors of teenagers making so much noise until very late in the night. The hotels response was nice but not very helpful to manage the issue.

Proximity to the hill

I can appreciate the price point due to the proximity to the Beaumont ski hill, however the facilities are lacking significantly. Although the staff was extremely friendly, anytime there was an issue the response was we are sorry it's the best we can do.

Not much

The room was small , no hand cream , no water for a room 600$ … the fan was so loud we couldn’t sleep properly, we paid extra for the fire place … its wasn’t open because the cheminer wasn’t cleaned …

The location! The looks of the hotel the friendliest front desk staff ! The pillows were so comfy and we really just loved everything about it and Bromont is such a cute town. - everyone was smiling and so willing to help ! Loved it !

Beautiful and charming. Weird entrance, coming up thru a service driveway on Google Maps…

A lot of steps. At the time I had a cast and a walker I found it difficult to navigate. At breakfast ? asked about the à la carte menu and was told it was buffet only, and that I had to get it myself. (See above, cast and walker). My son was with me so he got it, but for 58.00 plus tax I expect a little better service.

We didnt feel that we could really enjoy the hotel with the dog so it did not really work that wonderfully for the price. I would look elsewhere. We were told when we booked that we could take her (small dog!) on the patio to have dinner after an 8 hour drive but that was not permitted. So we had to get very inferior take out in the rain and eat in our room. Not cool!

For the price we pay they will charge you 3$ for a bottle of water from the mini fridge

The restaurant staff was very unpleasantRude, short tempered and bothered by slight misunderstandings Strange placements of rooms (ie: windows not looking outside but to the indoor pool or a rooftop terrace)

Needs some serious renovation, rooms furniture needs refreshment.

Nice hotel. The room was clean and good sized. Kids really enjoy the pool

I didn't like the shower and SPA working hours are super inconvenient Without SPA the hotel on my opinion is too expensive
