The location is nice, down town. That's perfect.

Well, we were there 4 nights and they didn't clean the room once. We went to the lobby and asked them to do so but they did not. No clean towels, no toilet paper refill.

The staff were excellent: friendly and helpful. There is an attached restaurant/bar where the food is superb, and the atmosphere is welcoming. We returned for a second stay because of this. The motel was dated but clean.

We were in the older part of the motel. The room was clean, but dark. This was made worse by non-functional lights and dark wallpaper and cupboards.

The food at the restaurant was excellent even though service was slow.

Had to wait a long time for our room to be ready.

Breakfast was good and simple.Location was hard to find and hallway and dining room need more lighting.There was a person in the other room close to the dining who was helpful and pleasant.

Noisy due many visitors came late at night. Not enough light in the room.Nobody answered the phone as we were trying to find the exact location of the hotel.

Easy to find. Had a nice bar and grill with a good breakfast spread

Beds and pillows were terrible. Not much for parking in the winter with snowmobilers out .

Patrons from pub loud in the parking lot and arguing, drunks.Broken door locks.

Music played in the restaurant was great. I like KC and The Sunshine Band

Had no internet on last evening. It said connected , no internet.

A help yourself continental type breakfast was served daily from 5.30am - 9.30am. Breakfast was very well organised and clean. The fridge was well stocked and replenished during the mealtime with fresh milk, yoghurts, fresh fruit, fresh juices, cream cheese and muffins. Hot coffee and hot water to make tea was regularly refreshed. Cereals , various breads for toasting and a waffle maker with all assortments of jams, honey and syrup.

The room was a good size with two double beds and had a lovely ensuite bathroom with plenty hot water and a powerful shower. The room was cleaned daily, towels replaced, bins emptied etc . We disliked the carpet which was dark and felt tired - it would be improved by a being replaced by a washable vinyl flooring.

Room was comfortable and bathroom was decent. Had a reasonable to-go continental breakfast.

Jacuzzi wasn’t well-kept; it was a bit dirty.

Shower needed some fixing. They should switch to something more environmental-friendly for soap/shampoo.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The entire hotel building is dated and could use some upgrading. The original room that was assigned to me smelled like someone had been smoking there. I was changed to another one that didn't smell that bad.

No mention of breakfast upon check-in.So had to eat elsewhere.

Had room almost below the dining area and Christmas party was going upon arrival.Luckily it ended before bedtime.

It had a great shower, and the location---between Chisasibi and Buffalo---was just right where it needed to be. There was NOTHING ELSE which redeemed this pit.

The paint was peeling off the wall in the room. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling stuffed with towels. The carpet was covered in stains. The atmosphere was creeptastic. We spent an hour waiting for the morning staff so we could check out.
