The room was very small and we didn't have a climatizer air ??? I paid for a regular room not for that ??? For the breakfast, we had egg only (without bacon or saucages) ???

The room is much too small,no room to walk at the same time if you are 2 people.Staff did not know how to process my credit card.Room was in the basement.This type of accommodation should be illegal because they are too small. Very bad experience.

There's a certain smell of the room. smell of an old person.

I had the first room on the left by the stairs and i couldnt sleep because you can hear everyone coming in and out and plus i can hear the hot tub from the ceiling

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was nice to have a couch and two chairs, a little dining table and two chairs, and also a desk with a chair. The bathroom had lots of countertop space. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was a sack you got from the front desk with items you could heat up in your room’s microwave. The egg and bacon sandwich was not horrible, but it was not good. Same with the croissant, which came in a plastic bag. This might have been because they were remodeling the restaurant that is attached to the hotel. I expect that breakfast will be a lot better when the restaurant reopens.

WHAT A DUMP AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Room was hot. Right on highway so every time a truck drove by the room shook. Staff was rude or unresponsive. Toilet paper roll holder fell off wall when I was on toilet. Can hear everyone in hotel. Refused to give me a receipt for my stay and internet is weak. Also it’s basically in a gas station and a gas fill place so smells like gasoline outside and no green space. This place is dump. Do not stay.

Rooms are always immaculate, staff are friendly. I travel with pets so love having a main floor room with walk-out.

The room was tidy. However, the cleanliness could be improved. Hair strands are unpleasant to find, especially from previous residents. Thank you.

Privacy it was quiet and the room was small but it was really nice. I expected it to be small.

We slep in the smallest rooms in ever saw and in a double bed . The kitchen was not open cause of lack of staff

The two young girls working the front desk were very helpful and accommodated myself, my husband, and our disabled elderly dog on the lower floor even though they were quite busy and we had booked last minute because my dog wasn’t feeling well to travel any more that day! They were truly wonderful ♥️

It was quite hot in the room even with the heat turned off. Screens on the patio door that could be locked would really help cool the rooms down.

The room met my expectations and the bed was comfortable.

First, as I was downstairs, I had a lot trouble to bring my belongs through the door as it is right in front of the stairs.. not very practical… I was stock in et week the stairs and the door… the fire should be pushed instead.. it will be easier to access… Also, on my first night, i could here two person talking almost all night long… so I didn’t get much sleep. On my second night, there was a lot of noise (banging) coming from the outside of my room, even though, the hallway were empty.. I notice that kids were playing hockey in the main entrance downstairs but not sure if the noise came from them… so I didn’t get much sleep that night either.. Other than than, it was great!

No time for breakfast

We were put in basement room, too small for a couple. Even though it said it was on ground floor when I reserved it.Front clerk charged my credit card without asking.Air conditioning did not function or was deactivated. We had to open the window because there was no air circulation.

I had to upgrade my room as the room I had booked was in the basement and really a one occupant room. Very small. Staff was very helpful with this and were able to relocate us to a nicer room.

breakfast is for the "not faint of heart"! A bit pricy for what you get.
