One of the staff member at the front desk was extremely rude I ask him about his name and he wouldn’t give me his name.

Our carpet was damp between the beds

Toilet not working. Front desk staff notified and came with a plunger. Cleared the clog. At 4 a.m. toilet didn't work. Notified staff again, they couldn't find the plunger so I had to change rooms. How inconvenient. Not a good stay.

Freindly and helpful staff. Convenient access off the QEW with a Tim Horton's across the lot and a shopping mall down the road. Room was basic but well-appointed, clean, with a comfortable bed. Good value.

The rooms are much nicer than the outside of the hotel (really a motel) will lead you to believe.

The front desk staff leaves something to be desired. Additionally they insisted on taking my credit card after paying the deposit to write down the numbers ?to return the deposit? which felt very sketchy and has prompted me to cancel that credit card.

Location close to hospitals.

Yes I paid for a king size bed but ended up with a queen size without explanation.

Price for the quality cleanliness and access.

Was close to the events we were attending, easy to get to, was very quiet, staff was friendly, Tim Hortons was right next door

Excellent price and location. Comfortable beds, very clean.

Convenient location and there is parking. Tim Horton's next door is great, too.

Being by the highway it's a bit noisy but the price makes it worth it. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was clean and easy to park outside our room.

The microwave in room needs to be replaced. It's next to a freeway so vehicle noise is a factor.

Housekeeping was excellent, young lady was the best.

Front desk person was not pleasant and welcoming at all.

There was supposed to be a some type of breakfast included, but there was none. It said it when we booked and it's even in the Guest Book in the room. But there was no breakfast of any kind. Disappointed.

The hotel was dirty. There was a long black hair on the bed, end table wasn¿t wiped down bc it had drip ring stains on table next to bed.

Don't let exterior appearances fool you. The rooms were PERFECT for what we needed... a place to sleep. All interior finishes were new. Bed was super comfy. Clean beyond belief. Staff were lovely.

heard footsteps upstairs a few times through the night.. nothing major.

Location to Pearson airport

Staff was rude and not accommodating at all. Beware you will need to place a $200 deposit on room and if you want to check in early they want $10 per hour.
