What Guests Loved

Pros +
- It was a large room and I loved having a kitchenette.
- Kitchenette: microwave, mini-fridge, 4 element stove. As a keto-diet practioner (I can hear the groans) it was a blessing to be able to cook in the room. Also has in room washer/dryer. I will always stay here, when in Toronto.
- , a hotel customer service representative, was very respectful and helpful. Going above and beyond with keep us informed, locations for food, dog parks. Thank you so much to all staff members your kindness and joy in assisting others.
Cons -
- The view wasn't nice, the restaurant and spa are barely ever open, the construction near the hotel entrance was annoying.
- No. It's amazing. Just don't raise the price!
- No everything was fine.

No everything was fine.
nothing it was so discusting i left right away. the reception was rude and the place look like a truck stop motel. discusting
it was dirty. the service was horrible would not reccomend anyone to go here. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES!
The hotel is in a great location. Our room had wooden floors instead of carpeting which we prefer. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The parking at the hotel was limited so we were advised to park at the Market Square parking lot a few blocks down the street. $18 CAD weekdays, $ 8 CAD weekends. This was actually a reasonable price.
This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The Holiday Inn is nicer. The rooms look like an unfurnished dorm; the lobby is a banquette and a small desk; there is 1 staff on duty; the service is mediocre; the hotel has no services - proper room service, on demand movies
If I had reserved a 2 star hotel and then arrived here I would have thought "not bad". But to call this a 4 star hotel is an absolute farce. You have only to walk around the corner to the Omni Fairmount to see what a real four star hotel looks like.
The hotel was in a very convenient location and the staff was very helpful.
It was very noisy because of construction, we could clearly see the people in the office building across the street so we didn't feel like we had much privacy, the bathroom door had a window in it so you could see the other person on the toilet.
The location was excellent. It was pretty close to what I expected but prefer a higher star hotel. The staff was very good.
NO king size beds available. Very small lobby. But these are personal preferences. Not hotel flaws.
Amazing welcoming staff at every encounter
The views!
There was a little dust on the the kitchen counter
Rooms Were beautiful .
No parking on site for a larger vehicle.
It was ok but definitely not worth the money it cost per night.
It wasn't a 4 star.
Where s located
Awesome place with a clean room, great location and friendly staff. We had a seamless trip here with no issues. The bedroom was beautiful and cozy. I would recommend this place to others, especially considering the price.
Elevators are quite slow and I stayed on a top floor so getting up and down was quite a challenge. Although this isn't the hotel's fault, the day I stayed there, there was a suicide and the lobby was filled with cops and paramedics. This is obviously out of their control but it was a bit unsettling.
Absolutely nothing
I was “catfished” by the photos online. The hotel was NOTHING at all as advertised. There were people screaming in the hotel all throughout the night, and banging on doors. Not only that but there was leftover public hairs in the shower from the previous guests along with filthy brown hand towels.First and last time I ever come to this hotel.
Great location and nice rooms.
They were under construction but can’t help that.
The fact that there was free wifi and a chromecast
The staff didn’t tell us the lobby was under construction, only knew about the spa and restaurant being under renovations prior to our stay. Chromecast didn’t work and had to have someone come fix it spoon arrival. One elevator wasn’t working when we checked in, both weren’t working on check-out and had to walk down 18 flights of stairs after waiting 30min not being told by the staff that they were both out of service.
Pipes burst and flooded half of the hotel. Woke up with a fire alarm first night
The room was nice
The bed felt horrible, restaurant and bar wasn’t open, tight elevator took too long, only one working, tight front entrance space
The staff are great and very attentive. Great to have kitchen there and nice sitting area .Fantastic location !Subway is 2 minute walk. Aquarium, C N tower in walking distance . Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Our second stay there .
Can’t think of anything !
