- The location is great. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming and staff is very pleasant and helpful.
- Central location, decor in lobby
Cons -
- Rooms are very small. There was no cofee maker in the room only a kettle and instant coffee or tea.
- Requested quiet room location, was given 2nd level room facing literally Canada's busiest street. Room was between BOTH elevator & stairs. Towels stained. AC/fan stopped working middle of night. Tv volume broken LOUD. Staff disinterested when told in am.
- TV did not work.
