This hotel was in a perfect location. Quiet and easy to find. The parking lot is a great asset to the property. The bathroom is stunning. The king size bed was super comfy. I wish I could have stayed longer.

There was no information in the room to tell me the location of the pool, workout room, ice machine or the hours of the restaurant. The television was a nice smart tv but difficult to operate and find channels.

At check-in when I asked for the Breakfast vouchers They said it was extra when informed it was included they asked me to to prove it instead of looking it up themselves. No need to argue just an hassle. it seems like it's their strategy to rake up money.

The shower hardware, which allowed switching between an overhead nozzle, side nozzles, and a handheld wand. Also: comfortable beds; quiet room; walking distance to decent restaurants and subway station.

The Internet connectivity, which was almost uselessly slow. The Wi-Fi signal was strong enough, but the channel capacity on the back end was much too low.

lots of parking, easy to find

The hotel was filled with "refugees", screaming children on every floor. It was impossible to stay. I left after one hour and ended up finding another place. Who needs immigration laws when you can buy a plane ticket to the USA and just walk here?

Close to where I was spending the daytime. It was clean, great little restaurant in the lobby.

Excellent location 401/404. Greeted by 2 friendly staff. Checkin was handled promptly. Given a great room on 10th floor. Loved the spa bathroom and coffee maker/ microwave/fridge in my room.

I was worried after booking saw reviews. Expressed concerns at checkin. They were All Unfounded!

No clock or phone in the room requested four separate times and did not get them. There was no fridge or microwave in a suite. Staff were rude and not helpful. Room was not cleaned after our 2nd of a 3 night stay. Pool could not be used due to chemicals

Moldy shower curtain; Poor cable reception; breakfast buffet is sub-par; expensive for bad food; hotel receptionist told Fedex I wasn't a guest, rejected package due to not double checking the spelling of my name; no water in vending machines; old school

The location was perfect, staff were quick to check us In.

The pool had a ring of film around the outside- not very clean looking. The bathroom's shower tile was moldy looking- sink and counter had stains. The hallway outside our room had a very strong air freshner smell. No wireless Internet in our room

Average room. Location was not ideal, kind of a pain to access. Staff was somewhat rude upon our arrival.

Very nice that there are so many ammenities.. i.e: pool, sauna, hot tub. Very comfortable beds

Same payment for same room, but have different ammenities in rooms. For example, one of the rooms that our friends were in had a refrigerator (we did not) one room had an actual coffee pot the other only a cup by cup serving.

Heavy air freshener smell; soft drink machine broken for 3 days; no restaurant; staff unable to speak clearly or to understand English.

The location was convenient,accessible.

There was a floor that was under construction but the elevator stopped there.

Run down, night-time staff is rude, but it is inexpensive and acceptably clean..

Location suited our needs.

Parking fee required even though the lot is not utilized.
